Not really related but I’ve got a super tight upper back/neck, I believe it’s due to my pillow being old and not supportive. Went and got a new pillow I will see if anything improves.
Besides that I will look to smash another week of the deficit out. Starting KPV is a new inclusion since last touchdown, I’ll keep updates on any changes.

One thing I heard online and I took it for life, your bed is THE most important aspect of your life, a good night of sleep will make you recover and get ready for the next day. That said if there's something you should absolutely splurge on its in a comfortable mattress, pillow etc better than buying an expensive car or TV for example.2/5

Originally this was the last week before a deload and bloods but orders are to push one more week of training. Holding around 107kg at the moment not loving the look at all but it’ll set us up for a big and long offseason. Everything remains the same besides -5g rice per meal so slight adjustment. Haven’t notice a whole lot from KPV possibly digestion improved slightly, will continue to update in the coming weeks.
New pillow is a huge positive neck is becoming less tight and noticeably more comfortable at night. If you haven’t changed in a while go grab one.

Weight did drop quite a lot but now it’s steading back up. Cals slightly dropped with raisins removed and 20g raw rice removed. Hoping to start seeing a little bit more details in the abs before we can really just grow big time.

2 x 15 mins cardio and mobility sessions have been completed over the last 2 days. I’ve definitely been slightly slack in my mobility work on rest days recently and it’s something I’m going to hold myself too over the next year. I always warm up properly pre session but on my off days doing a lower and upper mobility session will pay huge dividends as we get bigger.
Foods slight drop has had no impact on hunger, my stress is slightly high still and also taking in some more then average work outside of gym has effected sleep but it’s what needs to be done.
Bloods tomoz will update in Friday with plans going into the growth phase/ end of mini cut.
