Joint Pain?

For me, Glucosamine and fish oil works. I hear things about Ostarine (SARMs) works well for that but never tried it.

Ostarine really helped my joints. I am older and could really tell the difference after 4 weeks. I also have taken fish oil and glucosamine for last year

Curious to see the answer to that question....I think sometimes we all forget to deload.

In addition to what everybody said. ..check out collagen as well.

i recently started using fish oil and Flexible from formutech nutrition

it has MSM, glucosamine, hyaluronic acid, chondroiton, and cissus all in one formula!

joints have really improved since starting this regimend a few weeks ago
 
everyone gave you suggestions but I want to go back to the root cause of the joint issues which is likely poor form in the gym and imbalances.

also are you deloading to give your body a break?

I like to think that my form is pretty good in the gym but yes i would say overloading is the root of the problem. I am thirty-one now and have really backed off on the volume of my lifting but i think the damage was done when i was younger. I lifted heavy and often(six days a week) since i was probably 14. Now i already have arthritis in my AC joints and my elbows always have some pain though its not quite as bad now that i lowered the volume of my workouts.
 
Pure opium helps me.... 😜 honestly the best I've had for joints is ipam/cjc combo

Super Cissus works very well... Ostarine also works extremely well
 
look up garden of life wobenzym i know it sounds odd but it reduces inflammation and helps with joints. i feel like i have all new hinges really amazing stuff. kinda pricey though
 
I ues glucosamine and fish oil. Interesting some guys say Ostarine helps, never really noticed that, I'll need to pay more attention next time!
 
may need to try some of these recommendations. My damn knees have been sore as hell the past few days, getting this cold or what ever it is going around does not help either.
