I have a diet change in my life and I'm completely vegan, how safe are vegan proteins? I mean how likely am I to get some meat based or milk based products in them?
starting thinking i need to bulk so just bought a tub of max mass gainer but want to know how much whey i should add? I want to do 100grams of protein per serving until I get to around 500grams per day is this safe?
Was drinking no carb no sugar protein (WHEY) and it has acesulfame potassium and sucralose, rarely stevia I've seen. How bad is this going to be for my health guys?
