sorta cheating....maybe just flirting

aggirl

EVO V.I.P
I wanted to share a recipe with you guys that I made up for those times when you don't want to commit to a full on cheat, but your going out of your fucking mind....

Aggirl's oatmeal protein cookies

3 cups steel cut oats (regular oats work fine to)
2 eggs
1.5 cups gluten-free flour (I use a combo of gluten free flours which I mix myself, you can buy it pre mixed or use regular flour or whole wheat if ya want)
1 packed cup of either Splenda brand or stevie brown sugar (I prefer Splenda brand for these)
1 tsp baking soda
1.5 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup of butter unsalted
1 cup of unflavored protein (I use isopure brand, but you even need to bother adding if you don't want to)

You can add a cup of any nut, or rasins, dark chocolate or nothing

Roll into balls and bake on ungreased cookie sheet @ 350 got about 10 mins....if you like more crispy cookies just bake longer. They are awesome.

I had to share. ...now guys put your aprons on and bake dammit.

Enjoy!

Sweet!! I will post some photos of my cookies!! Thanks a lot

I might have to try these :-p ... Sound like they would be yummy... But then again I'm trying to be good from cheating. .besides once a weekend my night out anywhere to eat.

nice bro thanks

This is a good look, but you know what is even better than some gluten free flour is some hazlenut flour ! I'm a low carb kinda guy though so that's why but it gets pricey

Nice post ag. That's money

I have many kitchen creations I've come up with, tested and altered over the years. I'll post them here and there. Glad you guys enjoyed.

New recipe.....I'm not sure what the protocol is. Do I open a new post or keep this one going.

Gluten free, dairy free

Black bean brownies

There are a billion recipes it there, but in classic aggirl fashion I've perfected this one and made it fit my needs

1 can of black beans (purify in food processor )
In a large bowl mix

Black beans
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons almond milk
3/4 cup sugar of your choice (I use stevia for these)
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon coffee grounds
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons applesauce (this is optional, you also use baby food applesauce or prunes. I make my own applesauce with no sugar...but I think you can buy applesauce )
You can also add unflavored protein to this, I usually don't and you can also add dark chocolate pieces to this)

Grease pan. ..bake on 350 for about 25 mins....might need a little longer.

Enjoy! !

I wanted to add another recipe to this thread....it's not cheating, nor flirting. It's awesome for summer. I add this to meals with grilled chicken, fish, steak whatever.

Cucumber salad.....

Peel and slice cucumbers

Add some sea salt to bowl and let them sit for a few hours (even over night is fine )

After they are done sitting....place them into a collender and rinse them really good under cold water

Next, squeeze the cucumbers getting as much water out of them as possible

Put in a bowl and add stevia (say a packet to start), apple cider vinegar, black pepper to taste. Onions or scallions can be added as well.

Mix it allow to chill.

Some people I add mayo. ..I don't. Some people add sour cream or Greek yogurt....I don't.

Try it out....it's really yummy and adds a nice summery crunch to repetitive meals.

sounds very refreshing, gonna give it a try, sounds like my greek grandma's summer cold beets salad w/ a bit of mayo, it was sooooooo yummy

Just keep adding them here, I would say. But to separate them a little, you can add a line at the top of the new recipe posts saying something like ANOTHER RECIPE

That will help the recipes to stand out.
