I will take anavar for max 8 weeks, after first month in cycle i will do blood test. If will be some issues with the liver i will stop taking. But i hope everything will be fine🤞

I will remake my supplement and vitamin stack, didnt have some of them. Now i have 1 week holidays, go to parents, christmas time,this week will be more like "deload week" and then i start push me self 💪
@Andrius if you go with anavar its fine but you need organ liver support like n2guard asap with it

@Andrius I like the training, seems good but weights not clear, on the C1 bench press what weights did you do?
how about cardio?

C1 bench press - 1 set - 50kg x 8 - 110lbs; 2 set - 60kg x 8 - 132lbs; 3set - 65kg x 8 - 132lbs ; 4set - 70kg x 6 - 154lbs
Cardio - 10-15k steps ED, and 2 times/week -20mins, Back days/and shouders

strong but you need to go with cardio pre post workout 10-15min both can you do it?
