I have been lifting in the gym since seventh grade football (American), and I took it seriously from the start. I have been staying on my diet very well for around six months, when I decided to go from 180 pounds at 25% bf to 220 pounds at 24% bf.
Starting three weeks ago, I started my cut at 220 pounds, along with a few sarms-
Enclomiphene, 6.25 mg
Rad-150, 10 mg
Yk-11, 5 mg.
All were purchased from maresearchchems.net
I went from my maintenance calories of around 3400 to 2400. Then last week, I bumped up the dosages, to-
Enclomiphene, 12.5 mg
Rad-150, 15 mg
Yk-11, 10 mg
On this next Monday, August 11, I am going to be bumping up the dosages for the final two weeks, up to-
Enclomiphene, 18.75 mg
Rad-150, 20 mg
Yk-11, 15 mg
My main goals for this stack are to maintain and possibly regain some of the strength I lost while on the schools training plan. I used to be able to bench 245 for a single, and 185 for 9 reps, and a 5x5. I am currently now only able to hit 160 for 4x4, and 185 for 2. 190 fail. Another goal is to be around 185 pounds with only around 12% bf or so.
I would like some advice on what cycle to run when I eventually do the next cut while on cycle.
It may seem a bit young, but with the right cutting advice and cycle advice, I would like to see my self on stage around 18 or 19. I am currently in a hotel, so my workouts are limited to dumbbells, so if anyone could provide me with a leg workout for today and a chest workout for tomorrow. There is dumbbells (only go up to 50 lbs smh) and also a bench. Will post my diet and workout in the next reply on my thread. Legs push pull twice a week, with a rest day Sunday. Obv cardio and stuff.
I also have another question- when I do cardio, will it theoretically enlarge my heart since it is a muscle? That is a worry for me while on gear because I don't want to die.
This is my life decision and I have made the choice that I am okay with what comes with it.
