Hello Evo family, I have been following logs for around a month now, and decided to post one of my own. My name is Jacob. I have been lifting in the gym since ninth grade and I took it seriously from the start. I am currently 22 and have been staying on my diet very well for around six months, when I decided to go from 180 pounds at 25% bf to 220 pounds at 24% bf.

Currents stats-
22 y.o.
210 pounds
24% bf
5'10"

Starting three weeks ago, I started my cut at 220 pounds, along with a few sarms-

Enclomiphene, 6.25 mg
Rad-150, 10 mg
Yk-11, 5 mg.

All were purchased from maresearchchems.net

I went from my maintenance calories of around 3400 to 2400. Then last week, I bumped up the dosages, to-
Enclomiphene, 12.5 mg
Rad-150, 15 mg
Yk-11, 10 mg

-which allowed to drop to 214, which is fast, but I am currently doing 30 mn fasted cardio every morning, along with working a hard labor job of pouring concrete.

On this next Monday, August 11, I am going to be bumping up the dosages for the final two weeks, up to-

Enclomiphene, 18.75 mg
Rad-150, 20 mg
Yk-11, 15 mg

My main goals for this stack are to maintain and possibly regain some of the strength I lost while on my old training plan, which was a speed and conditioning program. I used to be able to bench 245 for a single, and 185 for 9 reps, and a 5x5. I am currently now only able to hit 160 for 4x4, and 185 for 2. 190 fail. Another goal is to be around 185 pounds with only around 12% bf or so.

I would like some advice on what cycle to run when I eventually do the next cut while on cycle.
It may seem a bit young, but with the right cutting advice and cycle advice, I would like to see my self on stage around 24 or 25. I am currently in a hotel, so my workouts are limited to dumbbells, and a bench so if anyone could provide me with a leg workout for today and a chest workout for tomorrow would be greatly appreciated.

I also have another question- when I do cardio, will it theoretically enlarge my heart since it is a muscle? That is a worry for me while on gear because I don't want to die.

Will also post pictures of my body face blurred and also my sarms that I currently have.

The picture below is a bad physique picture, but hope I can take a better one tomorrow. Today's workout was-
Standing Calf Raises- 4x12 w/45 lb dumbbells
Squats- 5x15 w/50 lbs dumbbells
Bulgarian Split Squats- 3x12 w/40's each hand
Hip Thrust- BSS superset, 3x8 w/50's
Goblet Squats- 4x10 w/40's held together
That was all for today, and for cardio I did 20 minutes on the treadmill and four hours of swimming.
We went out to eat the whole day so I only had restaurant food, but I think it was under 3,200 cals.
 
Anyone have advice for a push workout? Still in a hotel and can't find a good workout. Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs and there is a bench
you can always do weighted pushups

also you can do presses with the dumbbells. make sure you keep the angle tight so you don't over train your shoulders though.

Ok, thank you, I will make sure to add them. Going to do my workout in around 30 minutes, and then swim for a couple hours. Will make sure to post today's lunch and workout.

Around 1,200 calories and 80 grams of protein. 1/2 pound of hamburger w/cheese and bacon. Fries were air-dried and dipped in low cal ranch. No breakfast so my cals could stay low. Plan for today is to just have protein shakes for the rest of the day to keep cals low and protein higher.

For cardio, I generally do either 20 minutes of fasted jogging at 7 mph with a 10 incline, or 30 minutes on my bike, travelling around seven miles.

For my diet, I generally eat-

Breakfast-
Six eggs
2 Cups of 1% Milk
Sarms/Supplements

600 calories/52 g protein

Snack-
Apple
Protein Bar

460 calories/20 g protein

Lunch-
Orange Chicken + Fried Rice

650 calories/70 g protein

Supper-
1/4 box of Noodles
2 T. Butter
2 T. Parmesan
710 calories/28 g protein

Supps-
N2Guard
Magnesium
Zinc
Milk Thistle
Some weird named think like zryhhic or something
Telimarstin
Omega 3 Fish Oil caps

Will upload more pictures when I get home from the hotel around 8 or 8:30. I have to cook my chicken for the fried rice and then will send a picture of that along with the fried rice. Will post eggs in the morning.

Six Eggs. 360 cals. 36 g pro. 4 g carb
2 Cups 1% Milk. 220 cals. 16 g pro. 22 g carb

580 cals. 52 g pro. 26 g carbs.

Protein Shake. 220 cals. 34 g pro. 15 g carb

Chicken Fried rice. 650 cals. 65 g pro. 40 carbs

Protein Shake. 220 cals. 34 g pro. 15 g carb

Protein Pasta w/butter and cheese
710 cals. 28 g pro. 20 g carbs

Totals- 2380 cals. 213 g protein. 126 g carbs.

All meals within 6-700 cals, 30-60 g pro, and 30 or so carbs. That look like a better meal plan? Could eat tomorrow.

Also dropped apples and Gatorade bar, as they have 25 and 59 grams of carbs, respectively. Also, my cardio and workouts in the morning are fasted.
 
And also how much n2guard caps should I be taking? I have been taking five for my first cycle (rad-140 solo run, amazing, from Chemyo) and for the last three weeks, and now I am out. I have saw people saying to take up to 10, and was thinking maybe they were right since it is an oral that gets processed through the liver. Share your thoughts
 
let's make sure that we tighten up the diet
I get that the fries and the burgers may have been cooked decently but still there's much better options
