adrenal issue

Ive been taking too many stims, on ECA stack for 4 years now straight and less and less results. Now need stim for everything and get tired. I want to do an adrenal rest like rest my cns how long would I rest it for if I was on for 4 years straight?
 
Recovering from adrenal fatigue is just going to take time. I wish there was a supplement I could recommend but the main thing you need to do is to lay off the stimulants.

You are most likely going to be dependent on the stimulants and are going to have to slowly wean yourself off. Slowly reduce your stimulant intake each week over the next couple of months until you are completely off them all together.

Either this, or just drop it completely, bear through 1-2 awful weeks of lethargy and then live stim-free life. An addition of D-spark would help you out in your workouts without a doubt.
 
That is a long time to run an ECA stack. I recommend 6 weeks on at the most before taking time off. What I would do is drop all except caffeine. I would start tapering caffeine down slowly to prevent headaches.

Hey watkroll,

Things to do now your CNS is overstimulated.

1. Remove the stimulants
2. Consume foods/supplements that calm the nervous system i.e. l-tryptophan (which will help your CNS recover).

In the article I mention that in my experience l-tryptophan is the most powerful thing I've ever come across for soothing the nervous system. Eating a couple of chicken breasts daily is usually enough for me, but you can also chuck in a load of egg whites into your daily diet or even take l-tryptophan in supplement form (take 1g-2g a day). All of these will help you get back on track.
 
There's a couple things you can do to address your Adrenal Fatigue.
#1 ~ Clean up your Diet as Processed Foods and Sugar just prolong the Problem.
#2 ~ Ashwagandha & Holy Basil are Adrenal Boosting Nutrients
#3 ~ Fish Oil (Liquid/high strength - Carlson's) and Vitamins will also help the Adrenal Gland

Magnesium/B-5/B-12/C/D-3/Zinc

And lastly, get enough Sleep.
To that end, taking the Zinc & Magnesium before bed will help...................................... JP
