Recovering from adrenal fatigue is just going to take time. I wish there was a supplement I could recommend but the main thing you need to do is to lay off the stimulants.
You are most likely going to be dependent on the stimulants and are going to have to slowly wean yourself off.
Slowly reduce your stimulant intake each week over the next couple of months until you are completely off them all together.
Stimulants often do more harm then good. They raise cortisol levels. Look into the stimulant free pre-workout D-spark if you are looking for an alternative to the ECA stack.
