As far as the adex dosage goes, I've found that .25 EOD was plenty, but everybody is different. And it depends on how much test you are running. You may need .5 or maybe not. You just have to play around with it and see what's right for you. Now that I've said that, I will say that Aromasin is superior to adex and seems to work much better at lowering estrogen.
This is a good sumup of the way the first cycle should be done. Aromasin at 12.5 mgs EOD, or ED if needed, is much better that arimidex. Pay a special attention to the PCT - without the cycle itself will be useless.

I wouldn't front load for your first cycle just in case you're very sensitive to extra testosterone, definitely something you could consider for future cycles though.
guys kickstart cycles off with an oral the first 4 weeks. that's a classic and dummy proof way to do things.
also I agree you want to use aromasin over adex. why guys continue to pick adex i have no clue, it has to be because of internet parroting

Yes but if u struggle with any kind of cholesterol issues you may want to rethink only if that's something you deal with run a serm like Nolva to protect from gyno then a low dose aromasin to avoid negative cholesterol affect but still enough to warn off water retention.

All Ai's have a negative effect on HDL because they reduce estrogen and as we know estrogen is just important to men as it is to women. Estrogen should be controlled, not eliminated. Aromasin is the least harsh when it comes to decreasing HDL, that's why I said that Aromasin is superior to adex and I agree with you that it should be kept at a minimal dosage. Just enough to do the job but not to much so your estrogen crashes and your HDL is lowered even more.
