Approved Log First Cycle 250mg Testosterone Enanthate Log

Great start to the log brother. You have a great physique to work from. Just focus 100% on what you are doing now. Don't worry about a second cycle just yet. People are always looking to change things up but when it works, why change it? Just something to keep in mind if you have a successful run. We don't always need to add more or do things differently from cycle to cycle.

I'm new to this forum and I am hoping to be pointed in the right direction throughout the course of my journey, by none other than you blokes.

I am 24 years old, from Sydney I've been training since I was 18, for 3 of those years it wasn't anything fancy just a garage setup with a bench and a few dumbbells. It wasn't until the start of 2023 I really ramped up training and joined a gym. Couple years on I've reached a point in the works where I'd like to compete one day and see how far I can take this. Training and diet have been on point for over a year.

As mentioned in the thread title, this will be my first cycle of 250mg Test E, special mention to @R&Dpharma for supplying my gear. I have no experience when it comes to pinning so all opinions and advice are very much appreciated. Waiting for blood results to come in hopefully this week. Being a pretty active and healthy 24 year old, I see no reason as to why my baseline wouldn't be in normal range.

Information:
- Age: 24
- Height: 192cm
- Weight: 79kg
- Body Fat %: Unsure
- Training Experience: 6 Years

Training:
MONDAY PUSH/TUESDAY PULL/ WEDNESDAY LEGS/ THURSDAY PUSH/ FRIDAY PULL/ SATURDAY LEGS/ SUNDAY - REST
I will get a comprehensive split uploading on here detailing my reps/sets with weight.

Diet:
Daily Cals - Fluctuates 3200-3500 (depending on if i can get an extra feed in during the day at work)
Will upload meal plan on here at a later stage just wanted to get a thread started
Macro: C390 | P180 | F120
Water intake: 3L day

Vits: Mens multivitamin daily. Omega 3 daily (Any other recommendations appreciated)

Supps:
Creatine 5g daily with pre
Pre: 1 scoop of DVST8 Inspired 30mins before workout
Precision mass 1 scoop (twice a day)

Blood work:
Awaiting results
Should I get bloods done mid-cycle & post for my first cycle of 250test E or just at the end (How long after??)

Cycle plan:
See how I react to 250g Test E. Build up on 2nd cycle.

Compounds planned for use: Test E to begin with. (What would you recommend for the second cycle? pretty open to try anything)

Cycle Length: 12 weeks

PCT Help is needed. What do you recommend? Should I be taking orals during?

Additional Notes/Goals:
Just keen to take this shit to the next level and lock TF in. No excuses now.

@Going2theO Solid foundation. 250mg Test E is a good starting point. Prioritize bloodwork: pre, mid (week 6), and post (4-6 weeks after). Research Perfect PCT. Dial in training and diet. Future cycles depend on your goals. Keep us posted!

Did you got some aromasin just in case?

Im curious as to why IM instead of subq especially since your dealing with low doses, not accusatory just curious 🫡

If your serious i don't know if I'd run a pct or come off. Just drop your test levels down to say 125mg a week. That way you don't smash your body with all the harsh pct drugs.
 
Hey bro nah your sweet man, honestly just through my lack of knowledge regarding subq injections. I will admit that. Is there any pros/cons over subq opposed to intra?
Yes there are I'll suggest you to watch vigorous steve videos about it to get the details, subq is more newbie friendly as well since you don't risk injecting into a vein and won't leave scar tissue since your injecting into fat tissues.
Other reasons as well such as more stable blood serum ecc but I'll refrain you to the video.
