G'day Legends,

I'm new to this forum and I am hoping to be pointed in the right direction throughout the course of my journey, by none other than you blokes.

I am 24 years old, from Sydney I've been training since I was 18, for 3 of those years it wasn't anything fancy just a garage setup with a bench and a few dumbbells. It wasn't until the start of 2023 I really ramped up training and joined a gym. Couple years on I've reached a point in the works where I'd like to compete one day and see how far I can take this. Training and diet have been on point for over a year.

As mentioned in the thread title, this will be my first cycle of 250mg Test E, special mention to @R&Dpharma for supplying my gear. I have no experience when it comes to pinning so all opinions and advice are very much appreciated. Waiting for blood results to come in hopefully this week. Being a pretty active and healthy 24 year old, I see no reason as to why my baseline wouldn't be in normal range.

- Height: 192cm
- Weight: 79kg
- Body Fat %: Unsure
- Training Experience: 6 Years

Training:
MONDAY PUSH/TUESDAY PULL/ WEDNESDAY LEGS/ THURSDAY PUSH/ FRIDAY PULL/ SATURDAY LEGS/ SUNDAY - REST
I will get a comprehensive split uploading on here detailing my reps/sets with weight.

Diet:
Daily Cals - Fluctuates 3200-3500 (depending on if i can get an extra feed in during the day at work)
Will upload meal plan on here at a later stage just wanted to get a thread started
Macro: C390 | P180 | F120
Water intake: 3L day

Vits: Mens multivitamin daily. Omega 3 daily (Any other recommendations appreciated)

Supps:
Creatine 5g daily with pre
Pre: 1 scoop of DVST8 Inspired 30mins before workout
Precision mass 1 scoop (twice a day)

Blood work:
Awaiting results
Should I get bloods done mid-cycle & post for my first cycle of 250test E or just at the end (How long after??)

Cycle plan:
See how I react to 250g Test E. Build up on 2nd cycle.

Compounds planned for use: Test E to begin with. (What would you recommend for the second cycle? pretty open to try anything)

Cycle Length: 12 weeks

PCT Help is needed. What do you recommend? Should I be taking orals during?

Additional Notes/Goals:

Hi bro, before starting using PEDS I've done this bloodworks(see attachment) just to know where my baseline was and I've tried to cover most of it with those.
For the diet I see that the fats are very high, I would go to 60F bump protein to 200 if massing otherwise even 220/240 and the rest carbs around training.
Definitely would replace the precision mass with real quality food, those 1124kcal are from junk if compared to real food( i saw that you take 5g of creatine but in the supplement there's already 6g for 2 scoops), just with that your gonna see changes in your physique and well-being(bloodworks as well).
On 250 test you can stay there longer than 12 weeks but If you want to do a quick cycle to see how you react its fine I guess, can't help with the PCT since I've never done it 🤷🏽‍♂️.
I would check blood pressure changes as well.
Get some aromasin on hand in case you aromatise to much.
Been brief there but if you have questions just ask, I'll try to help with the knowledge I have.
There's good knowledgeable people in the forum but I'll suggest you to still try to do your due diligence research and then take decisions without taking words for granted.

Welcome to the @R&Dpharma team, you’re in good hands with R&D brother.

As above agree on ditching the mass gainer and replacing with real food, have done the same based on personal experience. Even just adding some oats to a smoothie in the morning if you are struggling to hit cals. Mass gainer just not really required and generally speaking expensive for what it is

I’d be aiming to split your pins into at least 2x a week, 3x even better

Can’t help with the PCT side of things as I don’t come off now, just drop back to TRT doses for cruise but I’m sure one of the guys will chime in with suggestions / protocols

250mg week sounds like a sensible start, just don’t neglect blood work and food intake most of all, bloodwork you can either use imedical for a more in depth test , or roidsafe offer bulk referrals for a cheap price too which can make it cheaper if you want to get a few sets of bloods throughout your cycle

Plenty of good guys and info on here too mate if you get stuck with anything
 
Welcome to the team bro. @R&Dpharma is the go @electus and @Rogue888 have given you some sound advice there. Like the lads have said I would lower the fat slightly to around 70/80g and up the protien the 220 or so, stick to real food brother and all stuff you can digest easily like chicken, beef and rice is always safe and keep your fibre intake up to aid digestion aswell. As for pct I'm the same as the other boys. I blast and cruise bro but back in the day I used to just take nolvadex or clomid for 3 or 4 weeks I believe and there is hcg aswell to help you come back. As I said bro I haven't done pct in years so I can't remember inexact protocol but I'm sure we will be able to find something. At the end of the day bro bloods don't lie so go off them.

Good to have u on board brother. Train hard, eat clean and post on here as much as you can. This community is fantastic and has alot of knowledge.

start with test only and start logging food and training and we can grow your cycle and your size from there

Great start to the log brother. You have a great physique to work from. Just focus 100% on what you are doing now. Don't worry about a second cycle just yet. People are always looking to change things up but when it works, why change it? Just something to keep in mind if you have a successful run. We don't always need to add more or do things differently from cycle to cycle.

For the training split i use PPL as well even though in an asynchronous way.
Another ppl split believer 💪 my favorite split i follow much the same.

@Going2theO Solid foundation. 250mg Test E is a good starting point. Prioritize bloodwork: pre, mid (week 6), and post (4-6 weeks after). Research Perfect PCT. Dial in training and diet. Future cycles depend on your goals. Keep us posted!

Im curious as to why IM instead of subq especially since your dealing with low doses, not accusatory just curious 🫡

If your serious i don't know if I'd run a pct or come off. Just drop your test levels down to say 125mg a week. That way you don't smash your body with all the harsh pct drugs.
 
Hey bro nah your sweet man, honestly just through my lack of knowledge regarding subq injections. I will admit that. Is there any pros/cons over subq opposed to intra?
Yes there are I'll suggest you to watch vigorous steve videos about it to get the details, subq is more newbie friendly as well since you don't risk injecting into a vein and won't leave scar tissue since your injecting into fat tissues.
Other reasons as well such as more stable blood serum ecc but I'll refrain you to the video.

History of sarms: RAD140 and LGD 4033 (2 cycles, 10 weeks each, 15 weeks off)

Dunno what the fuck has happened & i dont know how long this has been going on for. Might be dead before I even get on stage.
Where the fuck can i find n2guard brother, will anything else work in the meantime just some organ support from chemist warehouse for the meantime until i can find a good source for n2.

Hey mate, attached is LH & FSH results.

Yeah I’ve been off sarms close to 10 weeks now. Pct im using rich piana’s ‘post’ tablets.
I also tapered off the sarms lowering the dose slightly each week

Yeah I’ve been off sarms close to 10 weeks now. Pct im using rich piana’s ‘post’ tablets.
I also tapered off the sarms lowering the dose slightly each week
rich piana is dead because of abusing shit bro i wouldnt use any of his products

Bit going on in my personal life right now, hence why I haven't been updating regularly. I havent started cycle yet. Finally got my bloods back and a few things that I need your advice with.

History of sarms: RAD140 and LGD 4033 (2 cycles, 10 weeks each, 15 weeks off)

These are all base bloods.

All opinions and help appreciated
This is an excellent update my friend your blood work is very important to post. You can get it tested again and compare the before and after

Do you have prior blood work? From months ago. Maybe the sarms may have irritated your liver. It's hard to really tell or it could be something else you're taking.

I’d say for sure it’s the sarms brother. I don’t have any more tests. I don’t drink anymore, don’t smoke, literally exercise like a fucking demon I have a pretty labour intensive job as a plumber, not like I’m stuck in an office. I do Cardio twice a week (10km walk). Just don’t understand why it hasn’t recovered and it’s affected my test levels like crazy.

Sarms can definitely hit ast and alt hard it happened to me and took a really long time for revocery

Hey bro, yes about to start test cycle. Currently taking liver detox, multivitamins, fish oils & Tudca everyday.
Will be interesting week 6 to see how the bloods go.
I’ve got n2guard from America. When that arrives do you advise taking that even on cycle & as a pct

Hey @ballin2504 yes bro, it is that low. Hard to believe really, and I’m not even sure how long it’s been going on. Now im aware of it, probably makes sense as to a lot of unwanted mood swings & just feeling tired and exhausted all the time.
