Gday guys

I am new to this forum but I'm certainly not new to training. I'm 33 years old and I've been training since I was 16. Between the age of 25 and 30 I had a break to sort my life out but now I am dedicated back to it and training hard.

I am 97.5kg and 182cm. I have ran I'd say around 10 cycles in the past of all standard cycles like: test only, dbol only, test/deca/ dbol, test/mast/tren, test/tren/anadrol Test/mast. I've taken the test as high as a gram before but just saw sides and lots of water so I'm taking a different approach this time. I have come to the realisation now that blasting and cruising is what I am going to be doing since pct and trying to get myself started everytime is becoming more challenging and I will most likely need TRT for life when im done.

So this blast I will be running:
DofRandD
600mg mastron, 400mg test E, 300mg EQ weekly. Untill my bloodwork shows the cycle is becoming problematic.

When I post bloodwork too you will see my cholesterol will be abit wacky at times. This is due to a family condition of high cholesterol. I have meds to crush it when it becomes problematic but they give me muscle cramps so I prefer to only use them when absolutely necessary. Right now my cholesterol is around a total of 4

I follow a jordan peters style training program of Push, pull, legs to absolute failure (never really past, due to recovery). I am a shift worker so I work 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts and four days off with 24 hours off in between shift

Goal is to add some thickness to my back and legs this blast and round off my delts more. I would like to hit a good 105kg not too fluffy.

Calories will start 3500, 4000 non training days. 4500, 5000 training days

I have alot of dodgey tattoos lads from my loose younger years just giving you the heads

Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc

Drug addiction bro. Fell into the wrong scene after having some bad life events and self destructed for a while then went to rehab. I've got 3 years clean up now.

You done well to come out of addiction brother. Glad we had chats earlier. Keep it strong brother

Painkillers were my thing.

Used to recreationally get fucked up most weekends in my 20s On drink and drugs. But Tramadol took over my life.
