I am new to this forum but I'm certainly not new to training. I'm 33 years old and I've been training since I was 16. Between the age of 25 and 30 I had a break to sort my life out but now I am dedicated back to it and training hard.

I am 97.5kg and 182cm. I have ran I'd say around 10 cycles in the past of all standard cycles like: test only, dbol only, test/deca/ dbol, test/mast/tren, test/tren/anadrol Test/mast. I've taken the test as high as a gram before but just saw sides and lots of water so I'm taking a different approach this time. I have come to the realisation now that blasting and cruising is what I am going to be doing since pct and trying to get myself started everytime is becoming more challenging and I will most likely need TRT for life when im done.

So this blast I will be running:
DofRandD
600mg mastron, 400mg test E, 300mg EQ weekly. Untill my bloodwork shows the cycle is becoming problematic.

When I post bloodwork too you will see my cholesterol will be abit wacky at times. This is due to a family condition of high cholesterol. I have meds to crush it when it becomes problematic but they give me muscle cramps so I prefer to only use them when absolutely necessary. Right now my cholesterol is around a total of 4

I follow a jordan peters style training program of Push, pull, legs to absolute failure (never really past, due to recovery). I am a shift worker so I work 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts and four days off with 24 hours off in between shift

Goal is to add some thickness to my back and legs this blast and round off my delts more. I would like to hit a good 105kg not too fluffy.

Calories will start 3500, 4000 non training days. 4500, 5000 training days

I have alot of dodgey tattoos lads from my loose younger years just giving you the heads

I've been logging an upper lower split with R&D for the past few month following the whole frequency over volume aproch JP touts. Made alot of progress.
It seems to be the way brother 🤙
 
Painkillers were my thing.

Sobriety is the way now bro and train hard 💪
 
I got into a little bit of an addiction after my divorce. My wife took all my money and I was very depressed for a while.
 
Glad to see that you're being open and honest about your past addictions.

I think everybody has something they have to go through in life. That's just part of growing up.

Hey boys I'm half way through my shift rotation today so I go on nights tonight. I probably will do a arm pump session today and after my 2 nightshifts I will go back to my posts for my 4 days off. Yesterday I started cutting my carbs and calories slightly because I was starting to feel fluffy. I work 12 hour shifts so my days at work I normally just eat like a bodybuilder and use them as my rest days. Hope your all well I may post after my workout today but if not I will updating you all very shortly 🤙🤙

There is no other way IMO. I add in a 4th day and do arms/delts as needed. Tris and bis can be trained twice a week no problem without overtraining.
Sometimes i do the same thing just to hit abs twice a week.

Those are some strong RDLs. One of my favourite exercises. Do you do an legs A and B?

If you haven't already got one, a rice cooker and sushi rice is the way forward. I'll eat packet rice happily but out of a rice cooker is just world's apart.

Mate I usually do the rice cooker It's fantastic with sushi rice. I've been cutting the carbs back so ive been lazy cause I'm not eating as much 😂

I would mate, and the push and pull also.

I have noticed especially on upper lower that if you just repeat the same exercises week in week out progress (weight increases) slows quite quickly rather than getting strong over a few rotations.

Finished my two day shifts and only two nights to go before I'm back on days off and training days! Thought I would give u an update on how it's all going. So my last two days at work I have followed pretty much the exact same diet apart from dinner which changed slightly, total of 2800 calories roughly. The mini cut is going crazy well with almost daily changes.

4.30am overnight oats (3/4 cup, whey protien, blueberries 60grams and a tsp of almond butter)
7.30am I have been having a mre redcon shake
10am a pack of jasmine rice with 3 tins of tuna in spring water and add soy sauce
2pm same meal repeated
6pm I had chicken breast steaks with stir fry veggies and half a cup of rice for one of the nights and the following night I had chicken breast, avo, cheese, tomato and lettuce wraps.
8pm caesien protein in Greek yoghurt
