Ladies and Gentlemen.

This is my new training log.

Due to my old one being titled TRT Log and no way of changing to something more suitable, the only option is to start again with a more relevant title.

A little about myself.

118kg
25% body fat at a guess - pretty high for me.

I've been training on and off since my 20s but haven't been consistent or taken gear for almost 5 years.
The last 6 months I've been predominantly training a bro split with the last month being an upper lower split with very good results.

Currently cruising on 125mg a week Test E after a cycle of 500mg Test E 200mg NPP.

I don't really count macros. I enjoy food. It's one of life's small luxury's. A standards day diet while trying to gain muscle looks like.

Diet

6:00am Coffee with full fat milk
7:00am 2 chocolate protein Up and Go
9:30am Porridge with milk / Greek yoghurt with fruit and honey
12:00pm Cooked meal - Spaghetti Bolognese, lasagne, meat veg potatoes etc.
3:00pm Wholemeal sandwich
6:00pm Cereal
8:30pm Spaghetti Bolognese, lasagne, meat veg potatoes etc.

I'm rather Poor with remembering or wanting to drink protein. I will try and rectify this.

Supplements

Been using the "Trained by JP" range which I've been getting family to ship over from the UK. I'm going to have to stop this as its just not economical.

Training

As previously mentioned I'm now following an Upper Body, Lower Body, Off, Split. All exercises have 2 working sets. 1st at 6 to 12 reps, the 2nd at 15 to 20 reps.

Flat Bench Press
High Incline Dumbbell Press
Close Grip Bench Press
Side Laterals - cable
Lat Pull Down
Seated Row
EZ Bar Cable Push Down
Cable Curls

Lower
Lying Leg Curls
45deg Leg Press
Romanian Dead Lift
Leg Extension
Calf raises


Cardio
I live a relatively active life. In excess of 15k steps daily. With the weekends beginning with a 10k mountain bike ride with the wife and dogs.

Short Term Goal
Loose some of this excess fat ive put on during this gaining phase.

Long Term Goal

Bring body weight up while increasing strength back to where I was at my "best"

I have a somewhat public facing job and have a "few" tattoos I'd like to not have over the internet so I'm relucent to post anything to revelling. but, I'm thinking leg progress shots would be acceptable and a bit different from a front double bicep.

Id again like to thank @DofRandD for the opportunity to work along side him, and cheers to anyone with anything positive to add

The past weeks have been spent tidying up my diet and dropping some fat gained on my last cycle.

I have taken a week off training because of a reoccurring case of Tennis Elbow which now feels better.

My new cycle which I'll start on Monday will be Tren Ace, Mast Prop, Test Prop with Anavar pre workout.

I intend to Inject EOD as I find sides from the Tren to be minimised dramatically.

I will continue to run an upper lower off training split out lined in my original log.

As before this log is sponsored by @DofRandD who has been overly generous with giving me everything I need for this cycle as well as being a decent bloke to have a yarn with.

Ill include a picture of tonights meal, as suggested my by friend and mentor at R&D Pharma a steak cooked in butter and garlic...

Bish bash bosh as my Mrs says.

The butter and garlic steak was nice, but fuck me did i feel sicky from all the butter.

I almost got some prawns but we're gunna make sushi tomorrow so that idea was put on the back burner.

Yeah bit annoying mate. Still can't understand why the name got changed originally, but I'll get over it.

She's rare mate.

I like to buy a nice fat steak you can get a good crispy sear on the outside and still be pink in the middle.

My Mrs has been cooking my steaks 10 years this New Years eve.

She knows what she's upto!
 
I just have a training log. It doesn't need to be event specific. What I HAVE done is ran two. One gets all the info all the time (and is No1 for views, traffic etc here) and the others have been event specific (like my 4 week cut and so on).

If i had known the name would get altered/I couldn't change it I would of went with a more general or at least interesting tittle.

From my personal view, and probably me being a a junkie. The titles with drugs in them catch my eye more than a TRT log.

Live and learn and hopefully I'll keep this one going for the foreseeable.
 
Virgin sushi maker no more.

Chicken and rice conveniently rolled into tastey bite (3 bites) size rolls.

Probably go a bit more interesting now we know it's not a fuck up.

you're cooking the steak how it's supposed to be cooked
just don't sear it too much you don't want to end up turning it carcinogenic
