Australian Supplement Suppliers?

Hello all.

I'm not originally from Australia and I'm having a hard time finding certain supplements. Especially on cycle support.

I have for the past few years been getting stuff shipped in from the UK. I'm a big user of the "Trained by JP" range of supplements but its become quite expensive. Ridiculous actually with the shipping.

I don't mind the look of "chicken feed" I guess if you know you know.

A point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

What are you looking for specifically? A lot of stuff isn't allowed to be sold in stores here in Aussie but some of those same products can still be found on Amazon and shipped in easy enough.
 
Most of what you need will be in supplement stores but you will need to ask management as a lot of it is “below counter”

All my standard supplements are found in chemist warehouse or iherb.

Amazon is also quite good.

For things related more towards cycle support I would ask in at your local stores. Nutrition warehouse always the most expensive with least experienced employees who just want you buying the most expensive thing as that’s best in their eyes.

Powerhouse supplements is top tier. Never rip you off. Always give you great advice. Multiple times I’ve been told to put things back and grab a specific item that is much cheaper yet does the same job I need it for. They also can help you with harder to find supplements as the owner was a top level Australian body builder. Cannot fault them.

@TeeGee covered it well. But just to add onto this list is EBay - can sometimes find good bulk supps on there for cheap

Agreed eBay is solid but just be mindful of the fakes.

Dhgate now supplies a lot of these sellers with faked popular products. Example c4 can be bought for $6 per tub in bulk and then sold on eBay at $30 and we think it’s a bargain yet it’s faked.

Edit* I have no clue in regards to vitamins etc. they should be fine to purchase on eBay.
 
@HybridLabs Chiken Feed has the following ingredients:

- 40mg Telmisartan
- 500mg Metformin
- 5mg cialis
- 50mg Aspirin
- 400mg AlphaGPC
- 600mg NAC
- 250mg TUDCA

You can get the first 3 on a doctors script and in generics from the pharmacy pretty cheap. And the others you can purchase as individual ingredients from iHerb or Amazon. So it’s not that difficult to replicate wherever you are in the world if you wanted.

Chiken Feed just saves you the hassle of going to the doc and getting a script and then going to the pharmacy and then finding each ingredient. And it’s all put into a few capsules instead of 8 different pills.

5mg cialis daily would be enjoyable. Not over the top either.

All supplements I believe majority of us would be using too.

But let’s be honest. 8 capsules morning and night makes us feel like real bodybuilders 😂😂😂

Mostly cycle support but even as far as what protine is any good.

Optimum Nutrition seems to be popular on all the websites but back in the UK it's a bit like your C4. Over priced sold in the supermarkets

What I've really found different is bodybuilders having their own brands. I was a big user Trained by JP user who is a english meat head making then selling stuff he would use. I've not encountered that.

Tbh other than Preist, Calum and the Australian strength coach I don't know of any popular Aussie gym personalities.

I really like cream of rice but haven't seen any here.

Not a big pre workout guy. But have used the Dialled carnage.. certainly made my skin crawl.

Yeah you typically won’t find the og style cream of rice here ether, people are selling weird sups version of it but form memory but was a fucking rip off and also full of other shit and flavours.

You could also try health food stores for it, but I just eat kgs of Jasmin rice and call it a day 😂 cheap as and no digestion issues for me
 
I use optimum nutrition gold standard whey.

Rule 1 is probably Australia’s most popular protein company currently. But they are owned by optimum nutrition 😂 it’s a sister company to take over more of the Aussie market.

Been using this for awhile can load up it up 80grams and doesn't hurt my stomach.
Vegan protein good for that only reason whey hurts me 😐
