Your dosing schedule makes no sense. Run the 250mg/wk from weeks 1-12. You barely going to reach full blood saturation with what your suggesting.

Yes. The only reason you would ever titrate up is if your going on an extended "on" period and need to increase anabolic load over time.
TestC/E will take approx 5 weeks to reach full blood saturation so everytime you increase it takes that long to get to you new blood levels.

Honestly was going to blast and cruise so build up to 250 cruise on 100-150 dose then do 250-500 all getting bloods done to see where is a safe range for me to run before adding in primo not sure if I’ll come off if everything is safe and healthy

You do you man. What you suggest as a B&C above doesn't make sense. You don't need to "build up" The esters do that for you. B&C is staying at a "TRT dose year round and then raising test and adding other drugs for a 10-12 weeks blast and then back to "TRT" cruise dose until you blast again. Raising for 6 weeks makes 0 sense unless you use short esters and even then not that effective to grow.
There is a negligible difference between 200 and 250 just an FYI.
TRT dose-150-180
Blast 10-12 weeks 300-500 for first time and then add either stuff in on second or third blast.
You really should get a better understanding of how these hormones and attached esters work in your system before you do anything.

What the “coach” told you is an ineffective manner to go about taking test. Starting low is great but there is no need to do what he has suggested. Doing that would be a total waste of a first cycle.
I’m here to help. I’m not “ coming at you”. I’m just suggesting the proper way to go about things and also suggested that you should have a good understanding of what you’re putting in your body and why.

I’m not one to want kids so I couldn’t care less about shutting off my natural test either

Start by blasting 300 test/wk for 12 weeks. Get bloods after 6/7 weeks as you levels will be stable.
After 12 weeks drop back down to you cruise level if 150-180/wk. stay there until your bloodwork is good and then blast again. I would recommend at least 8-10 weeks of cruise before you go again.
The way he is suggesting you start will never get you blood saturation levels up until you are almost ready to come back down again.

I specially agree about gaining as much knowledge about all this so you know if your coach is giving you solid info. It's like not reading the Bible and relying on the preacher or priest that he is telling u the truth. Start with the free books on the forums. Listen to the podcast, Google everything your thinking about doing. Look on YouTube at reliable sources. I had been learning for 6 months and thought I had a solid plan then got on the forums here and it changed my approach for my first so called blast while I am on doc prescribed TRT. My question for you is how old are you and why are you wanting to choose cruise over proper pct? I am on a cruise just because my total t was 158 when I was tested. I also turn 50 this year.Now I am pinning the rest of my life to be in the normal range and feel good. My first small blast to test the waters was my normal 200mg of Test. cyp. And 50mg of Var a day for 8 weeks. In a week and half I stop the Var and just do my TRT of 200mg a week. I am not suggesting u do 200 mg a week for your cruise. It is very dependent on how you feel. You may still be better off doing PCT. My doc started me on 200mg every 10 days but I could feel it drop off after day 7 so he moved it to every 7 days. On my blood test doing every 10 days on day 8 after my injection my total t was 598. Doing blood work is very helpful before during and after cycle to see how your levels are adapting to everything. Education is everything. Getting on here and asking for help is above what most people out there who is listening to some coach buying there stuff from the guy at the gym who tells u what he has that you can use. Your on the right path keep up learning and asking questions. Everyone here is here to help you and see you succeed. There are many different personalities some more direct then others but they all want to see you succeed. Some moderators help a lot of people so they have to be direct and yo the point to be able to share there help with everyone. Keep posting and asking questions.

Okay I’ve already done 2 weeks 100mg did 50mg on Monday should I just do a 150 pin tomorrow then and get up to 250/300 then bloods done and stop wasting my time? Also would it be smarter to come off after 12 weeks or is it fine to just do a trt dose for now

remember when you take any exogenous hormone whether it be 50mgs a week or 5000mgs a week you still get shut down. so makes no sense to titrate the dose. plus these steorids have esters attached so they do the pyramiding on their own

I’ll be sure to not listen to this dude I’m currently listening to again then I’ll probably up the dose to 250 a week for the next 10 weeks and hopefully it pulls through

Look in the menu and click on steroid SARMs ebooks. Then you put in your email then they send u a link. My concern for you is even if you don't want kids now but one day you find the love of your life and she does want kids your going to want to give her kids. Since you been blasting and cruising and not taking breaks between letting your natural production of things come back you could possible not be able to have kids or it maybe make it really hard. You cruise for to long you could be pinning the rest of your life even if you want to lift weights or not if you mess up your natural production. just things to consider before you decide to cruise for long Periods when you have low T like I did life is miserable and your grumpy. I just thought it was life as I knew it until I found out my hormones were off. I don't care if I go bald because I have been shaving my head since I was 21. I already have 2 kids and neither me or my wife want any more. My doc told me I seemed to be a great candidate for TRT. I decided to do it. It has been life changing. What is your fitness goals? Is this your hobby or just lifestyle or do you have hopes of competing in the future. If you want to compete and become an IFBB pro one day then this maybe worth it over the other cons to blast and cruise. I don't know what your goals are. These are things you have to think about and decide for yourself. If I could tell my 26 year old self that had decided to do cycles at 26. I would first tell him to max out your potential naturally first but if you have decided to take the plunge do your cycle and cycle off with pct so you can make sure you have your kids later. Also so you have the best chance of not having to pin yourself the rest of your life because you shut yourself down and can't get it back to normal naturally. Even at 50 years old having to pin myself for maybe 30 years or more doesn't sound like fun but I will do it to make myself feel normal. When I was in my 20's I didn't think I wanted kids. Kids are a pain in the ass sometimes but they are the best and worth it all. I would never change having my kids. They mean the world to me. Hopefully I will get grandkids one day as well. Whatever you choose to do we will be here to support you with best advice to see you succeed. I am just glad I didn't get involved with all this at 26 because knowing myself I probably would have just blasted and blasted and blasted probably hurt myself worst then I did using all the drugs and alcohol I used in my 20's and 30's.

Gym is a passion of mine and have been training for 3-4 years now naturally obviously I know the side effects that come but I want to go on the ifbb stage and take out a pro card it’s been a goal of mine since I could even remember watching bodybuilders on a stage really. I wanna do whatever it takes to get there and if it means blasting and cruising with get me there better than what cycling off will then I want to blast and cruise

250 a good starter dose. If that goes well then you can double it do a 500 or maybe stack 250 with another option like an oral or another injectable. I stacked Anavar with my TRT and have gotten way stronger during this last block of training. Other then that I haven't felt any different or seen anything different then how I feel on my normal TRT which has been great because I focus on strength/powerlifting anyways. I am only doing 8 weeks of anavar.

That is outside my realm. I just love training and learning all about this stuff. There is plenty of people on here that have been down that road to competing doing blast/pct and blast/cruising and they can advise you way better then myself to reach those goals. Glad I posted on your forum. I will be following your progress to the stage and pro card one day. Keep posting your questions, your training, your diet and people love seeing pictures of your food you eat. I call it food porn. We love the food porn!
