Another post seeking knowledge on first cycle.

Ok I haven't ever done steroids and was going to start with a cutting cycle. I've taken pro hormones before and had good results. I've had my first kid now and haven't been able to workout as much as I need to and have some fat on me. Should I stick it out with a cutting Cycle first or do a bulking cycle to get muscle back. I don't really want to take anything that aromatizes easily other than test. I also want my gains to be dry not so bloated. I have good ancillaries and am going with Roidmass for my supplier and N2B. My only other problem or whatever you want to call it is I'm playing in a mens basketball league in 4 months I don't want to be carrying a shit ton of weight playing 45 mins of basketball three times a week. What's your advice? I need some really good opinions and junk so let me have it thanks.

Steroids are not your answer man. You need to hit the gym again and get back in shape first. If you really want to be on a cycle.. I would say run a SARMS stack. There's plenty of information on sarms on google and even these forums. Most guys do this as their first SARMS stack:

12 Weeks
1-12 Ostarine 25 mg
1-12 S4 50 mg day
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day
5-12 HcGenerate

I agree with this 100%.

Steroids do not burn body fat. They increase muscle protein synthesis and prevent muscle catabolism. I feel like I am beating a dead horse saying this over and over but it's a very common misconception and something a lot of people get wrong. Bodybuilders commonly include steroids into their pre-contest cycles to prevent muscle loss when dieting on low calories and doing lots of cardio. The steroids themselves do not burn body fat.

If you want to loose body fat - You need to perfect your diet and training. Its as simple as that. Fat is basically stored energy. To burn fat, you need to expend more calories then you consume.

Not only that, running a steroid cycle at a high body fat percentage is going to put a lot of stress on your body and organs. It is also counterproductive because the higher your body fat percentage, the more testosterone will aromatize into estrogen.

SARMS are much better option all around. SARMS will directly increase endurance, fat loss, recovery and lean muscle mass with no increases in body weight or water retention. You won't get the same strength increase from SARMS that you would with steroids, but you get all the benefits with none of the side effects. They are also extremely minimal in the way of side effects and legal to use.

I suggest running the SARMS triple stack. It is comprised of S4, ostarine and cardarine.
S4 will increase lean muscle and strength
ostarine is the best SARM for recovery
cardarine is the best SARM for fat loss
You get the best of everything that way

After the triple stack, run a mini PCT. 4 weeks of the following:
clomid at 25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day
n2guard at 3 capsules/day

If you do not want to carry shitloads of weight during your basketball tournament, then do not consider bulking up.

Cutting is the way to go, with some strength lifting incorporated. You can choose whether to run sarms triple stack, or a cycle of test for 12 weeks. Test will give more results, yet more sides. So its up to you to choose
 
I am not an advocate of first gaining a lot of unnecessary mass composed of water and fat, then cutting. It seems much more reasonable to just do some lean bulking, and stressing the body just once to a lesser extent. It is not as healthy to first stress your body by gaining a ton of mass, and then stress it again by cutting. For instance, what you could do, is just cycle turinabol for 8 weeks - you would get prominent gains in muscle mass, which will be at the same time very lean. Additionally, there will be less side effects with turinabol. Why not just do an 8 week tbol cycle with n2guard as your cycle support?
 
having a kid is one of the most stressful times a man will go through in their entire life. yes it is 100% true.. especially that first year

the good news is that body memory is real! you will come back.. go ahead and get your stuff together but make sure you get your conditioning down first before starting your actual cycle.. you don't want to spend the entire thing sore and spinning wheels.

it usually takes half as long to come back to full strength as you were out.. so if you were out a year, give it 6 months to get your body conditioned
 
Stroids is not a fat burner who said that it is a burning fat ?dont trust him dont belive bro science.follow proper diet with good traning and yes you can use stroids test e or c 500mg for 10 to 12 week with Ai.. then wait 2 week then follow pct thats all

I would say either run the SARMS Triple Stack or if you want to go with a cycle, just do test only but continue cutting. I would not bulk up until your body fat is lower and you have room to bulk. Plus, bulking will hurt your basketball game.
