Any thing for dandruff?

Are there any supplements i can take to help with dandruff issues?
I’m assuming its dry scalp so wouldn’t taking a lot of showers help reduce it?
Is there a supplement i can put on my head that will help ?

no it isn't dry scalp

it is actually from oily skin and yeast growth. the more showers you take the more dandruff you are likely to get cause you dry out your skin too much

Try adding coconut oil to your hair and adding n2shampoo too

I have a full head of hair and no dandruff, you don't need anything for scalp except n2shampoo.

I would go with the "no poo" method. Use nothing when washing your hair except water. Takes a couple weeks but your scalp will balance oil levels and be much healthier.
