Lifelong athlete, recently retired from D1 track and field.
Training:
M W F: 2hr track/XC 1 hr Weight training (PPL once each per week)
T Tr: 2hr track workout then additional run.
Sat: 2hr run
Sun: rest
Track workouts are for explosiveness, speed, muscular endurance, additional runs are aerobic cardio.
Diet:
I eat maintenance calories, I hit 1g protein per lb bw , heavy on meat, dairy, veggies.
