Beginner Test Dosage and Amount?

Hello, just curious what a good starting, low dose of testosterone is. I'm 25 years old, 210lb, 6'0 and have used RAD140 and Ostarine in a cycle before.

I see Testosterone PhenylPropionate is sold at 100mg per ml in 10ml vials. So this means for every 10ml there is 100mg? That means I can do a single ml injection and get 100mg right? Just want to be sure. I'm looking at doing a low 100mg injection per week. Very low starting dose to see how I respond.

What PCT is recommended, clomid?

Thanks.

"So this means for every 10ml there is 100mg?"

Yes.

You don't run that low of a dose. It will cause shit down without any benefit.

What do you know about aromatase inhibitors?

What is your training history?

Bodyfat?

WHY do you want to use AAS?

No. You might wanna reread what you typed.

I take it that you are planning a test'-only cycle, is that correct, filter?

Hi. Testosterone PhenylPropionate is more for cutting and lean mass. What is your goal and why do you want to use AAS?

I would also recommend if its your first test cycle dont do test prop, go with test E...least from what I've learned from research that's your smartest choice, as well as just bumpin the dose to 500 mg a week

No. If there is 100mg per 1ml then in 10ml vial there will be 1000mg.
Start with 350mg per week.
And regarding the PCT and how to go about doing it I highly recommend to check out this thread:

I'd also advice to check out Dylan Gemelli's Youtube channel. He's made a good video about this topic.

First no on test prop you need to inject that every day or minimum every other day.

You would want to run at least 250mg/week of test enanthate or test cypionate. Those longer esters allow you to inject 1-2 times a week depending in you want to split dose it or just dose once a week.

As stated above a good beginner dose is 350-400mg/week.

You will need aromasin so 10mg every other day from day 1.

Also need to have your entire pct in hand so in addition to the aromasin you will need clomid and nolva.

Dont start a cycle without your AI and PCT in hand.

100mg of testosterone per week will do nothing for you what so ever.

A beginner dosage would be 400-500mg/week for 10-12 weeks

Okay, thanks for the information so far. I might need to do my own research further.

I've been working out since I was 16, started with strength training in highschool. A couple years went by it turned into bodybuilding, I really just enjoyed lifting weight and getting a pump. That was on and off for a while, but when I turned about 21-22 I really got into lifting seriously for the first time and was at the gym 3-4 days a week. I'm now 25, and it has been consistent since then.

However, the past 4-5 months I've been in the gym 5-6 days a week, with little recovery. It's just progressed into something that I'm finding I really enjoy and can tell I have the potential to do well in bodybuilding, although I've never competed. I like to believe I have great genetics, I train pretty hard and have seen great results for someone natural but I aspire to be like the classic bodybuilders like Arnold.

So my goal is to have a classic bodybuilding physique. I just feel like I might be starting to hit my natural limit and want to exceed that, but not to an extreme. I did a cycle of Ostarine and RAD140 for about 10 weeks and went from benching 225 for 4-5 reps in a few sets to 12-15 reps in multiple sets, and 275 squat 4-5 reps to 315 for 8, all in a short period of time and it was very impressive; and these were "research chemicals." I humbly say I might be a lucky individual to benefit greatly from using anabolics just to kind of pit the icing on the cake and really add that extra muscle. My goal is not to be a mass monster just your 70's, 80's classic bodybuilder as I really envy that.

You answer your own problem right there. Try 4 days a week

So at 25 your are right at the edge of the grey area on taking AAS.

I didnt take my first AAS cycle until I was 35.

Test is not going to give you that classic bodybuilder look. I ran a 500mg/test a week cycle for 12 weeks and gained mass but did retain some water and gained a little bodyfat.

I got in the leanest shape using SARMS as Steve mentioned and I ran that exact stack of Cardarine, Osta, and LGD for 12 weeks.

Another option would be HGH but again at your age you still should be able to make fairly significant gains without AAS/HGH.

Personally i would stick to sarms for now if you are going to run anything.
