When did you start ur trt?

A cycle isnt a cruise. Typical cycle length are around 12 weeks. Sometime shorter or longer depending on compounds and esters used

Running a steroid cycle at your current body fat percentage would be a horrible idea. Also counter productive since the higher your body fat the more testosterone will aromatize into estrogen.

Besides, steroids won't give you the results you are looking for. Steroids increase muscle protein synthesis and prevent catabolism. They do nothing for fat loss.

If you are looking for something to help with fat loss look into cardarine -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9vJw5moN234&t=5s

1) So for life then. One is NOT 'currently on'.
2) Drop the fat
3) 54 and you're thinking about a beginners cycle?
4) Cruise?? Just no.

Like the guys already said the only cycle you need right now is (bi)cycle.
So start off with the diet and after getting down to leaner bodyweight (I'd say at around 10 %'ish) then re-consider those other things.
