New cut cycle - looking for information

Cycle experience: 5 cycles in lifetime, been mainly doing Ironman competitions these last years dropping 20lbs each year. Now back and knees are not really strong enough to run and cycle. Now only consistently doing gym.

Worried as I still have hair and getting that raised forehead so trying not to burn out my hair to much.

Proposed cycle:
12 weeks up to 20 weeks

Novadex for PCT 4 weeks

If there is a better beginner cycle that does not have issues with libido, not a lot of hair loss side effects, just trying to minimize sides.

Goal: 8% BF, will be 6 months to complete goal I assume.

Welcome to evo brother 🤜🏼🤛🏼 you should get a log going so we can see where your training and nutrition is at bro it will help paint a clearer picture of where your actually at and allows others to give you accurate advice. Hair loss is different from one individual to the next comes down to genetics. Dht compound have the biggest influence on this.
23% bf to 8% in 6 months is a significant drop brother being honest. This will be more work then you may realise and the rate you would have to drop weight to get there is almost certain to lose some muscle on the way. Why not give yourself 12 months to keep it smooth and steady and not burn yourself out in the process? Even getting you down to under 15% from where you are will be a significantly different look for you brother.
Its a marathon not a race and just remember easy come easy go. Your drop weight that fast its not gonna be a healthy loss and rebound afterwards can definitely show its evil head.

I am now focusing on muscle composition instead of high exercise and cardio. I do realize I will be hitting diet and exercise hard also.

We'll have you start a log with @LevButlerov 's help and we'll get you wired tight. You'll get honest and very useful feedback here. I too didn't start PED's until I was about your age and was up to 270lbs at one point and well over 30-35% BF.

Cycle looks nice and conservative to start yourself off. Diet will be everything for you and sorry but you won't get to 8% bodyfat by April. In my avatar pic I'm about 17% bodyfat with abs so I'd aim for that or even 14-17% as you don't want to lose the muscle mass you have now. You'll wanna run a caloric deficit and figure out what macros work best for you. For me it's a 2:1 ratio of protein:fat with very low carb but that's just me. Carbs bloat me and I'm starting to think I have celiac.

You didn't mention TestE dosing so I'd run 300-400mg/week for a minimum of 12 weeks with the anavar.

I agree but I know in 6 months I can lose most of my fat. One thing that I have done every year since I got out of high school is drop 20 + lbs ever year. I always gain it back during winter months. Test and var is a simple clean setup but with hairline already starting to thin you might want to be careful with test dosing, higher test can speed that up. Var is mild on hair and joints so that fits your goal fine. Still, before dialing in a cycle we need to know more about your training style, diet setup, and how aggressive you plan to cut down because those play just as big a role as the gear.

Best move would be to start a training log here so we can track your lifts, food, and progress pics. That way advice on cycle, diet tweaks, and even joint care will be tailored to you week by week instead of just one-off cycle talk. It will take you 15min to start it off.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

As far as doing a cycle to lose a bit of fat it's really not necessary. No reason to mess with hormones here. I would suggest you save the steroids for growing and just use a GLP drup like tirzepztide or Retatrutide. I think you would be much better served. Either way, get a log going so we can help you reach your goals.

if your body fat is that high then pounding away is not a good idea. Definitely focus on cutting down but I wouldn't depend on steroids for that. why not do retatrutide?

As far as doing a cycle to lose a bit of fat it's really not necessary. No reason to mess with hormones here. I would suggest you save the steroids for growing and just use a GLP drup like tirzepztide or Retatrutide. I think you would be much better served. Either way, get a log going so we can help you reach your goals.
Where can I get retatrutide, is this the best. I read the study seems pretty bad ass drug.

How many weeks, drop 10 percent bf probably need minimum 4-5 months of hard dieting and weight training. How many bottles. Umbrella has 10mg, 5mg, 2mg. So if I do 1 mg a week then that’s 10 weeks? And if I do 2 mg a week then the 10mg bottle lasts 5 weeks?

no need to use steroids for this. you should log your entire diet/training first!

you should look at doing tirzepatide or retatrutide. Those would be a far superior option than using steroids combined that with a solid diet. Put up your lung.

I like this plan a lot better!! Bro Reta is a game changer. Be super disciplined with diet and cardio with strength training too and with Reta it will melt off.

That is a fine beginner cycle nothing wrong with it imo

I like your thought process brother that's what EVO does here is put out healthy long term advice that will get you there instead of just slamming your system with everything to get it all NOW, which ends up making you worse off in the long run and often looking worse too.

With a lower BF% your body will thank you when you do decide to run a cycle. And you'll look hella better too with what muscle you put on.
