Arnold takes it for me. There are many bigger guys but he was so perfectly symmetrical it was insane. Plus having such a tiny waist after eating as much as his body needed is rare

Plus the era in which he built his body. Mostly barbells and dumbells. No supplements, crude gym equipment, no growth, insulin, etc, etc!

Are you talking abut Flex Wheeler? You didn't specify. I ask because I think the best is Flex Lewis. In my opinion his physique is unmatched in every way. If he decides to go into the open and move up from the 212, Phil Heaths reign is over in my opinion.

Phil heath's gut has been extending more every year since 2011, I don't even see how he won in 2014. His best year was 2011 but politics was all over it for him winning in 14 I think shawn roden looked great and dennis wolf brought a package where he was the most conditioned on stage

unless you were there and saw their looks first hand you cant say that,
a tv screen and pictures are a far cry from actually being there,
3D only pops in person, its not there in pictures or on a monitor

For pure aesthetics I gotta go Arnold. I feel like Insulin changed the game in a negative manner. Just my opinion. I liked Lee Haney's vascularity and proportions. I wish I could get my waist as thin as his.

I like Lee Haney too but Arnold really wasn't that aesthetic IMO. Haney and several others were build so much more proportional I think.
