Blood work question

Hey guys!
I'm super new to the group, but i just wanted to say thank you for all of the great content you guys have put on here. I have learned so much by reading your posts. Thank you!!

Ok now on to the question, I know your supposed to do Pre/Mid/Post blood work, but where do you guys get it done at?
Follow up question, has anyone used the online blood labs, and if so, do you have any recommendations?
And finally, should I also get a general health blood test done? Like vitamins/minerals that sorta thing?
