critique on current cycle
I’m 48, 6’2”, current weight 205# and 12% BF. 3 years ago, I was around 225# and 24% BF
my goal is to get big, but I’m also enjoying the experience of seeing my body change at 48
I’ve been training 6x week steady for about 1.5 years. one on one with a personal trainer 3-4x wk, other days on my own, but with his regimen.
started axiron in august with little to know effect, after four months, my dr let me switch to test C 1ml 200mg every other week. the next three labs showed my test levels lower than they were when I began. one of those times no test was even detected. I’m waiting to get the last set of labs back.
in the meantime, I’ve started my first cycle, a 10wk bulking cycle:
60mg Dbol (2x 20mg caps in the AM and 1x 20mg cap PM)
500mg test E (250cc shot 2x week)
400mg deca (200c shot same 2x week as test E)
I’m on my 2nd week and 3 round of shots.
It’s my first time pinning and its definitely been a learning experience of fear combined with excitement.
also, I do all this daily + more
mens multivitamin
B12 vitamin
3x test stack no 17 (does this really do anything?)
7x n2 guard
30mg cardarine
usually do a couple of cellucor pre-workout drinks in the AM
my training is 6x days of specific body part training and 7x days of cardio (jump rope) of between 30-45 minutes
it’s been 12 days on the cycle, my questions are:
when will I begin to see effects of the deca & Dbol?
will those effects stay with me after I’m off the cycle?
since adding in the 500mg test E, I’ve seen a small increase in sex drive; not surprising since it was almost nonexistent. should I expect more?
when do I start a PCT?
recommendations on food macros, calories, that kind of thing. my goal is bulk
suggestions on how often to run bulk cycle, cut cycle and how much time in between. my goal is to get big
what else should I be doing?
