Cardarine and S4 stack with questions

Hey guys I see that i sent another picture that failed lol. I will eventually get that picture thing figured out.

Update:

Month 5 since starting the sarms triple stack.

Started 198.8 lbs and currently 175
Started BMI 29.6 and currently 21% BMI on Military BMI calculator
I have lost 3/4" in bicepts, 4 1/2 inches in belly, 2 1/2 inches in thighs, 3 inches in my chest, and over 2 inches in hips.

my questions moving forward.

1) After 2 cycles of triple stack i am using hcgenerate for my pct until September 20th when my next cycle will start. Do i continue one more round of the triple stack or transition into something lgd and s4? I want to be ripped and wasnt sure if i would get enough lean gains by moving to the Lgd and s4. I know the LGD is going to promote size which im fine with but i still have fat to loose.

2) At some point when i have lost enough fat will it be possible for a guy 5"10 to get to 200lbs and still be ripped without using steroids?

3) I am following an evo/ Keto diet and Carb day is really carb meal and a half for me. I tend to put on about 3 lbs per carb day. I normally loose it over the next couple days after but is this normal? I normally dont take in healthy carbs when that treat meal comes around. I normally go all in on foods i have been missing out on. SHould i change or alter my approach.

4) following the above question my weight and BMI loss has slowed and i am trying to figure out the next step. Do i stay the course 1750 calories, 70 %fat, 25 protein, 5 carb daily or do i need to get even fewer calories?

first off great job

you should keep going.. yes drop the calories more now.. as you lose weight your calories need to come down too or you will just get stuck

you do have more room to drop more

and yes at 5'10" you can still lose weight and still look ripped at under 200 pounds.

I know the LGD is going to promote size which im fine with but i still have fat to loose. If you are trying to cut, I would just stick to Andarine S4. It is good for promoting additional strength without much additional mass. Besides, it is always best to add just one new compound per cycle, so on the next one add Andarine, and then LGD.

2) At some point when i have lost enough fat will it be possible for a guy 5"10 to get to 200lbs and still be ripped without using steroids? I am not opposed to gear i just want to see all my options. That is a question that has no answer, as it depends on so many things - your diet, training, genetics, rest, sleep....obviously gear makes things easier, but it does not mean that you can not achieve nice results without it.

As far as I know, you should on the contrary lose weight after the carb days, since those are supposed to accelerate your metabolism again.

1. Have you thought about stacking cardarine with SR9009? If your main goal is fat loss, cardarine + sr9009 is pretty much the best fat loss stack you can possibly put together.

2. Once the fat is gone it's gone. Very easy to stay lean year round once you have lost all the fat. I stay around 8% year round. Loosing the fat is hard but once it's off, maintaining it isn't hard.

3. Completely normal. When you eat carbs, they are stored in your muscles as glycogen. Each gram of carb is stored with 3 grams of water. The weight gain you are experiencing is just water weight. Don't stress yourself out.

4. That's a pretty low calorie intake. I would keep the calories where they are but instead, increase the frequency/duration of your cardio/workouts.

Should i run that cycle for 8 or 12 weeks? I also saw it recommended that you use N2guard while using the sr9009. Is that needed or does it promote a healthier me? Im weighing roughly 175 lbs but still have a good 8-10% fat i need to drop to get those abs out and get to 10-12%BF. I never thought i would have to get down to 160-165 lbs to achieve the 10-12% bf goal. I still have a ton of work ahead of me but im up for it.

I would rather go for 12 weeks - these compounds are perfectly safe to use, and in this time you will be able to achieve more noticeable results. As per N2Guard - it is not a necessity with those two compounds, since they are not liver toxic. However, it is a great supplement to take because it has so many health benefits, so if you can afford it, then go for it.

n2guard helps your body sleep, function, organ health, etc etc. if you can afford to run it year round just do half a serving a day so each bottle lasts 2 months instead of 1. I personally run it like that and on cycle up it to the full serving.

remember n2guard contains things like beta glucan which most americans get none of and the body cannot create. that is 1 example of why n2guard is awesome
 
I would run the Cardarine 12 weeks at 20mg per day and use the SR 5-20mg before you exercise. Combine that with your caloric deficit and you are good to go. You have made great progress so far!

12 week cycles are best. You want to diet long and slow to prevent muscle loss. Crash dieting works but you sort of shoot yourself in the foot because you will loose muscle which will slow your metabolic rate.

SARMS are not liver toxic so N2guard is not needed but it's a great overall health supplement to take. A healthy body will make all your goals that much easier to achieve. If you feel good, your workouts will be better, your sleep will be better etc.
