I was having a debate with people at the gym about injuries and they mentioned that collagen works well
he said he takes a powder collagen, I tried some of his and it didn’t do much for me. I wonder if I should try another brand or if I should keep trying it? I am having a tough time recovering from my workouts and I’m also trying to help with aging

Id say thats more of a hair/skin health supplement

What brand of Bone Broth are people using? Ive been trying to find one with no salt, they all have a ton of sodium in them.
Sometimes I make my own. Much cheaper. Buy 1-2kg of femur bones from the butcher (canoe cut if they can do it), soak them in some water to remove the gunk, and then roast them in the oven marrow-side up for 25-30 mins on about 200 degrees c. I put mine in one of those alo bbq trays for less mess. Once cooked you scoop or scrape the marrow out into a bowl, let it cool down, and then whip it with an electric mixer or whisk, and it will form a buttery texture. You can add butter, salt, pepper, fresh herbs etc. if you want and then keep it in a container in the fridge and use it like butter - cook with it, put in on your steak, spread it on bread etc. Super yum. You can also use the leftover roasted bones to make a broth/ soup - just add some veg and water and slow boil on the stove in a pot.
