I’ve never done anything like this before taking juice has always been a pretty private or closed circle thing so haven’t had much advise about it if I’m being honest. Pretty much just got contradictory advice from other gym bros who are 100% that their way is the best way lol. So I’m excited to get other opinions from people who actually know what the hell is going on.
I’ve also taken quite a few courses in my years superdrol, Tren A , Sust , NPP Deca , Masteron, winstrol , Dbol etc.
I try only take one or 2 serious cycles a year but I had a kid and so for the past 2 years my commitment has been pathetic.
I’ve been training natty for 3/4 months consistently and starting to reach a strength and visual plateau so wanting to step things up. I want to get my body fat percentage down , im a pretty stocky guy so never worried about putting muscle on, that’s always come pretty easy. My issue at the moment is belly fat. Once I get that sorted I’ll move over to the harder stuff so anyways , here’s my plan, open to suggestions and advice. Cheers gents

intermittent fasting , 2 meals a day , late lunch and dinner , approx 2000 calories
