This is my first official Log ,
I’ve never done anything like this before taking juice has always been a pretty private or closed circle thing so haven’t had much advise about it if I’m being honest. Pretty much just got contradictory advice from other gym bros who are 100% that their way is the best way lol. So I’m excited to get other opinions from people who actually know what the hell is going on.
I’ve also taken quite a few courses in my years superdrol, Tren A , Sust , NPP Deca , Masteron, winstrol , Dbol etc.

I try only take one or 2 serious cycles a year but I had a kid and so for the past 2 years my commitment has been pathetic.
I’ve been training natty for 3/4 months consistently and starting to reach a strength and visual plateau so wanting to step things up. I want to get my body fat percentage down , im a pretty stocky guy so never worried about putting muscle on, that’s always come pretty easy. My issue at the moment is belly fat. Once I get that sorted I’ll move over to the harder stuff so anyways , here’s my plan, open to suggestions and advice. Cheers gents 💪

You've come to the right place to get some proper advice vs the gym bro hit or miss kinda stuff.

Your plan to drop BF first is a good one. Don't wanna cycle while BF is high cuz it will only increase the side effects.

Not sure about the Anavar clen route tho. You might be better served by running retatrutide instead.

As far as a lot goes @LevButlerov will drop in and give you a template to follow.

Clen+ Annavar has always been mine and couple of my mates go to , to help getting back into the rhythm of things

Retatrutide has never been an option because it’s never been on the “menu” for lack of a better word

I’m open to suggestions, but clen and Annavar has always worked great for both myself and everyone I know who’s tried it and side effects are minimal. I’ve taken clen more times than I can count but it does seem like no one here is a fan lol 😂not sure why…

Intermittent fasting works well
Although it's not easy once calories get around 2000
Have u tried omad before
Ive had great progress with it on a carnivore style diet which helps keep the volume full and waistline tighter

OMAD was the original plan , but when it comes to that meal I’m so starving I end up eating till I can’t breathe 😂 so this is the alternative, I eat at around 2pm small lunch and then I eat supper at about 5 which is easier for me to maintain and eat the amount I’m supposed to

Hahaha 100% 😂 , yeah I’m trying to track macros and stuff now , after the Var and Clen I was going to wait like a month and then jump onto Sust and NPP for 8 weeks then I’d PCT and see how I look . But I’m open to suggestions. I don’t have preference, the only reason I pick those is because I know it works

Where abouts are you from aus?

Bro i wouldnt tango with the clen and vat for what your trying to do first.. not saying you cant but the introductions of glps and peptides like mots c are almost making fat burners like clen redundant.

I would look into these two (reta/mots) as a combo to help not only strip back the body fat but they have a significant amount of other benifits as well with increasing insulin sensitivity and energy stability amongst many more.

Super easy to source if your in Australia too, ill help point you in the right direction.

But getting your log going is the best thing you can do so we can paint a bigger picture of where your at brother 😄

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?
• Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
• Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
• The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
• Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.


To really guide you we need more info from you:
• Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
• It will take 15-20 minutes max.
• We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

There's newer better ways to accomplish what you're trying to do. I think Clen has a place but there's safer ways to get it done now.

If you search up retatrutide here you will see a lot of members have been running it now with great success. Type reta into the search bar and you can read through a lot of lots where guys are running it.

Welcome to EVO brother! You're in the right place.

Ok we want body fat down. Steroids and especially clen are not the answer here at all just yet especially while you're just starting both logging and to take this seriously. Forget about clen and order yourself some Retatrutide to start and log it so we can dose you properly because Retatrutide will help nuke your belly fat with the diet we will help you with. Your training also needs to be in check. But first, your priorities and your log:

At your age your priorities should be to educate and get the following entirely dialed in running on all cylinders as a general guide.

  1. PCT (after steroid usage how can you come off in a healthy way to get your natural test and hormones back up and running)
  2. Diet (we have to see you have this dialed in with macros and calories tailored for your goals for a while)
  3. Training (we need to make sure you're training is consistent and proper for a while before adding in # 4)
  4. Steroids (then, if you trust this forum which you should, we will get you squared away for an 8-week trial run to assist)
This is a marathon for you, not a sprint. As you can probably tell from your past few little cycles steroids if not used properly will do nothing for your overall look and goals long term and it's why they're # 4 above as 1-3 have to be dialed in and firing on all cylinders first.

Good start posting this! that’s the right move, sharing is where everything starts. You don't need anavar or clenbuterol to start the cycle.
Keep it simple with test only for this 300mgs /week split 2x/week pins is all you need to dial in and track e2 before we add anavar and clen on top as a possibility.

Use this log to track each session main lifts, reps, and how you feel recovery wise plus list ed meals with protein, carbs, and fats so we can help tune diet as you go. Add weight and photos weekly to make it easier for you and us.

Nah brother it wont bore anyone thats why we all love the logs. Even though your workouts are similar each day is different personally. Some day you will smash it and other days are hard just getting in there, treat it like a personal log too and you will find it can help others seeing how we all deal with the day to day things. Others will find motivation for themselves when they read about another brother still showing up and putting in even on the days he didnt want too.

No logs are boring brother🔥

I’ve never done anything like this before taking juice has always been a pretty private or closed circle thing so haven’t had much advise about it if I’m being honest. Pretty much just got contradictory advice from other gym bros who are 100% that their way is the best way lol. So I’m excited to get other opinions from people who actually know what the hell is going on.
I’ve also taken quite a few courses in my years superdrol, Tren A , Sust , NPP Deca , Masteron, winstrol , Dbol etc.

I try only take one or 2 serious cycles a year but I had a kid and so for the past 2 years my commitment has been pathetic.
I’ve been training natty for 3/4 months consistently and starting to reach a strength and visual plateau so wanting to step things up. I want to get my body fat percentage down , im a pretty stocky guy so never worried about putting muscle on, that’s always come pretty easy. My issue at the moment is belly fat. Once I get that sorted I’ll move over to the harder stuff so anyways , here’s my plan, open to suggestions and advice. Cheers gents 💪

gym people really are the worst place to get any type of advice. You might find maybe 1 or 2% of them actually know what they're talking about. So it's good that you're here. We can definitely guide you. @FlexualHealing

@FlexualHealing this one is looking strong! it's great that you're getting serious about this at your age. Seems like you've been using steroids for quite a while even though you're not 30 years old yet.

I have a pretty regular routine , I change it up when it’s necessary but I don’t want to bore anyone with constant posting of crap
My Training and diet is pretty consistent but i'm coming up on i think 3 months straight of daily logging. I'm a chicken/beef, veggie, rice kind of guy and still snap a pic of my meals from time to time. On my rest days i will just log my cardio and macros. i was on a 12 year hiatus and decided enough was enough and wanted to get healthy again. It is a good record for you as well as keeping yourself on track to reach your goals.

For me it helps to hold myself accountable. I was down for a few days in the hospital with a GI issue and still kept my log going and getting support from other fourm members. It's family here, and for me mentally it keeps me going, knowing i have 100's of years of combined experience in my back pocket.

I feel like the more you put in to this log the more you get out of it.

I make more time to help out guys like you now so can't do daily but we wanna see you one day get up to speed with all of us now. You're in the EVO family if you choose brother!
