First off, I greatly appreciate all of the info here, you all seem to be genuinely concerned with offering real information and trying to keep people safe...
I have ordered test Enth, Proviron, Nolvadex, arimadex, and Anavar. I plan to run my test at around 300-350mg weekly, Anavar at 40 mg for the first 4 weeks, and then pivot to Proviron for 4 more weeks.
I had planned for a 8 week cycle. My goal is to add around 5-6 pounds of lean muscle while cutting a bit. Should this be ran for 12?
I am 45, and have been in the gym religiously for 25 years. I am 5 foot 10 at 160 pounds. I am unsure of my body fat percentage but it's fairly low.
I eat around 2800-3000 calories a day, and I eat very clean for the most part. I have never really dialed in my macros. My metabolism is pretty fast still , and I work a physical job as well.
I work out 4 days a week. Chest and shoulders, arms, day off, back, legs
With me doing core work 3 days out of those 4.
I would love to hear people's general thoughts and opinions. I have done two small cycles more then a decade ago and my body reacted very well.
Sustanon 250mg, D-bol 15mg a day, for 8 weeks, put on 7 lbs.
My second cycle was a kit of high (100iu) 500mg of enanthate, and 200mg of eq. I added 10 lbs in 8 weeks and lost belly fat.
I felt no sides for the first cycle, but the second week 6 I bloated up pretty good. No gyno signs, just alot more water retention.
I want to keep the bloat to a minimum, and I am ok with slow and steady gains...
