Dbol back pumps

Have some dbol back pumps, really heavy pumps in my lower back. I'm having a difficult time controlling it. Please help me do something with this.

Muscle cramps/lower back pumps are a very common problem for a lot of steroid users. Especially when using oral steroids like dbol. Taurine is probably the best supplement you can take to prevent them.

Here are my 4 main tips to prevent muscle cramps/lower back pumps:

1. Make sure you are drinking enough water through out the day. 5-6L per day minimum. Remember that stimulants (coffee) and alcohol are diuretics and don't count towards your total.

2. Make sure you are taking in enough electrolytes (think sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium)

3. Supplement with 2-5g of taurine per day. Ideally you would put it in the water you drink during your workouts and sip on it through out your workout

4. Often neglected and over looked, make sure you are stretching after each workout and try to incorporate foam rolling a few times per week into your program to help remove lactic acid from tight muscles.

Muskate gave you some Great Advice.

With the Taurine, the Dosage will depend on how much Dbol you are doing.

So don't be concerned if you need more than 2 or 3 Grams a day.

Personally, when I'm on a Low Dose of Anavar (40 mg a day), I take 3 grams of Taurine.
If I go any higher, then I will also increase the amount of Taurine.
Plus, some Guys just need more Taurine than others............................................. JP

Actually the solution is quite simple - just cut down on the dbol. Especially if you are getting the lower back pumps during workouts, try to split the dosage throughout the day and not all at once before workout.

I used to have the same problem. Man I used to have to lay flat on my back in between sets of deads. Taurine n water. Feels good though to know ur gears that good though doesn't it.lol

The reason you are getting these painful back pumps is BC the steroid you're taking was designed to alleviate anemia. So one of its main properties is to generate new RBC's. This increased level of RBC's aka blood is the etiology of your lower back pumps.

Now that you understand the physiology and etiology of the lower back pumps, treating it is done one of two ways or both in fact.
1. Decrease the doses of the dbol. You did not say if you were on any other steroids. So please let me know if you are BC they will also be contributing to this problem.

2. Donate blood. This will be the quicker and most efficient way to handle the problem. This way you can continue at your current dose and thus continue making gains. Also it will help with bp issues which I am most certain you have. Check your bp and post it if you can.

Hope this helps and I'll be looking for your follow up responses...

Thank you,
