Okay so this has been happening to me and i have come up with a few suggestions and thought i would ask you guys for your opinion. i am on 300deca and 500 test. pretty simple cycle and i'm at week 3 and yes libido is dropping down. should I: decrease deca? add masteron? more test? use an AI?

In my experience, when my sex drive drops while running a nandralone it's usually a prolactin problem. There's lots of important information regarding the negative feedback loop associated with this but in the most basic terms you are probably familiar with the effects of prolactin when it is released right after you get off during sex and you lose that immediate drive. In higher doses it can actually cause lactation. Treating this with cabergoline should help the problem. With the lower dosages you are taking, I would start at .25mg twice a week if you decide to try it out.
obviously you should be using an ai with 500 mg of test man... you dont need that much test anyway... you should be using proviron as well, which would be quite helpful... i would drop your test down to 300, add proviron and watch estrogen with test... more is not always better in terms of dosing
I always recommend to use proviron with deca and tren for libido

this old bro science of using lots of test with deca is once again proven to be false. more test with deca actually HURTS more than helps. you are better off running NO TEST with deca than overdosing test.
what you do need with deca is PROVIRON. proviron is a DHT deriviative which offsets the DHN increases from nandrolone. that is the trick and guys like Arnold and others during the golden age ran deca cyles exactly like this without test and never had a single issue. out comes some 'guru' in the 90's who wanted to be clever and starts telling people to run lots of test with deca and now suddenly everyone is getting deca dick. guys NEVER got deca dick before that happened, you never heard of it. now everyone is scared to use one of the best steroids in existance because of some idiot guru's idea

First thing I would do is get that test dose down to a max of 200-300mg per week. I'm not sure if you have been using an AI so you will need to get estrogen under control as you adjust the dose too. Adding proviron is a fantastic idea too. Steve has written very comprehensive articles that explain exactly why this works.
