What is the ratio for fat loss and gaining muscles.?!!.. . And will it be different when I am on steroids in ratio wise ?

there is no set ratio dude... thats a very very difficult concept that is person to person specific and OF COURSE its different on steroids... you have to use compounds that are better at sparing muscle so you an eat a smaller deficit and still add size in the process.. you are looking for a cookie cutter answer that is far from there

I wish as dylan said i could give you the perfect diet but it doesn't exist.. it is HARD to do this !

what i've done in my life is pack on a ton of muscle the past decade, and now i have cut way down. it has worked out well for me. so my advice is if you are a skinny dude focus on building muscle .. if you are fat focus on losing fat. stop trying to produce magic
 
Moderate protein, low fat, and just enough carbs so your workouts are still good. That's the recipe to get shredded.

Same diet approach should be used whether you are on steroids or training naturally
 
It is extremely hard to lose fat and build muscle at the same time......even on gear it isn't easy. You have to have good genetics and play around with it. Start out at maintenance calories and see how you respond. Adjust from there.

I know I cant do it so what I do is cut first and then try to add clean muscle very slowly.
 
I did a tren ace / test prop cycle while being 265 lbs 28 % BF. I went to down to 24% and stayed at 260 lbs.

I recommend to get to your desire weight before you do a cycle. I basically wasted money.
