So im 20 yo, 6"4 and 84kg, put on just under 10kg in the past 4/5 months but I want to get a lot bulkier. I'm aiming for 3500/4000 calories a day, does it matter what I eat as long as I reach this (obviously eating a lot of veg etc stil) some tips would be good.

You want to put quality foods in your body. The minute you smash the junk food your body will automatically be at a disadvantage compared to unprocessed fresh foods.
when you get to a certain level flexible dieting is okay. that would mean swapping out a balanced meal with a piece of cheescake or slice of pizza a couple times a week, NOT ever meal and NOT everyday!
however for you being only 20 it would be like learning to fly a plane by driving a car. makes no sense.
when you eat garbage food, you feel like garbage.. your digestion suffers, etc. also chemicals in processed foods like HFCS or canola oil are going to fuck you up bigtime healthwise and be your worst enemies
When it comes to just purely adding weight or losing weight then it just comes down to total calories in vs total calories out. That is not the right way to think about it though. You don't want to add sloppy weight. You want to add weight in the form of clean muscle. The best thing to do is stuck to clean whole single ingredient foods as often as possible.
