Difference between ostazol and ostarine

I’m ready to take my gains to another level and have been reading on the two big O compounds, ostazol and ostarine. I want to stay legal and I want to stay as safe as possible. Nothing strong and nothing that my wife would find out about. Which one of these would work? Banned nutrition sells them right?
