It is extremely unlikely that those who screen your piss will be looking for anything other than illicit drugs, e.g., cocaine, meth amphetamine, marijuana (where applicable), etc.
Simply stated, the more things that a drug screening screen for the more that drug screening costs. That's why virtually all employers and like limit their tests to the aforementioned illicit drugs.

Huh? Were I to guess as to what percentage of non-sport related drug tests screen for PEDs, I would say it is less than 10%.
What kind of drug test?

Ok, now we are taking about a competitive sports drug test, rather than the typical pre-employment drug screening. That's a whole different animal. Is the full assortment of SARM's on the typical anti-doping drug testing list? I know SARM's are banned but are they actually testing for them? I don't know the answer to that.
I would approach such a drug test with the assumption that SARMs will be screened for.

That would be a prudent course of action.
Yeah, better safe than to waste a lot of time and effort in preparation for a show that you'll be disqualified from.
Then again, I've known of a lot of organizers who say that they will be drug testing participants but never actually do it. It is, after all, quite expensive.
