Hi i had my eastrogen checked on monday it is 153 the range says 99.40-192.00pmol/l i no it says im in range but can anyone tell mr if that is ok or if its high still thanks

Seems fine to me. If you are in range, but still feel like you have symptoms, see an endocrinologist.

i mean bro, you can do the math im sure... that would appear to be damn near right in the middle right? which would indicate a pretty damn good spot to be in when you are talking about reference ranges... not too high, not too low but just right...

As others have stated as long as you are in the range you should be good to go.

Now if you start seeing/feeling side effects of gyno (itchy puffy nipples, lumps under nipples, etc) then you may be more estrogen sensitive so need to monitor that but as long as you feel good then nothing to worry about.
