Hello, I will do the evo diet soon, but Im not quiet sure when.Because I will have a huge exam in 3 weeks and I have to study alot. Should I wait with my diet or can I start??? Because I think I may feel tired and bad during this diet and thats not good if you have to study alot. What are you opinions??? Please I need some help.

When you feel you're comfortable and readily able to commit. No point starting it, chopping in and out. When you can focus time into it, that's when.. and only you'll know that dude

I personally would start it immediately. You are always going to be busy and there will never be a perfect time. If you want something in life, you need to MAKE time for it.

Anyone who says you can't diet or compete while in university is making excuses. I have competed all throughout my university career, all while working full time and maintaining a full course schedule.

If you want something bad enough, you will find a way to make it happen.

I agree with @muskate - the evo diet does not really make a difference in terms of mental activity. My work is closely related to intellectual functions, and this diet has not affected my performance at work. What's more, interestingly, I was full of energy when on this diet, and in fact I managed to sleep less - had a much easier time waking up in the mornings that usual. The hardest part of this diet is staying very commited, as it is very restrictive.

you should experiment with diets and give them chances before giving up on them fast.

if your school is getting in the way of your fitness then its understandable. but what you put into your body shouldn't be something you sacrifice ever. no excuse for that
