My resting heart rate is like 111 bpm. Usually im like in the 70-80 range. Is this normal for AAS use or should I go see the doc?

Okay first what’s your cycle look like?

Are you controlling estrogen properly?

What’s your diet like?

Have you checked your blood pressure?

And no your HR shouldn’t be 111 that’s terrible bro.

Give us some more info brother because that’s a shit number.

^^What he said above^^^

....that is way high and a sign you are either using too much gear, too much tren, or you are running some other compounds that are causing the high resting HR. Slightly elevated resting HR is pretty typical with AAS...more important is to make sure your blood pressure is in check.

You are at extremely high risk of a heart attack with such a high resting heart rate. Anything above 60 is considered abnormal. Go see a doctor ASAP

Above 60 is not considered abnormal. Average resting HR usually lands in the 50-80 range without being alarming. But above 100 most certainty needs the attention of a doctor.

My heart rate was something like in the 60s on my test cycle. Estrogen raises bp for sure, probably raises bpm too

Estrogen raises water retention which raises BP, so estrogen does not directly raise BP - rather it’s indirectly via water retention.

High e2 can cause anxiety issues though which can lead to elevated HR for sure.

Again we need more info from him, on test only cycles I stay in the 60-70 bpm range and off cycle I’m in the 50’s. In general just too many androgens can do it too.

I have been on 500 a wk of test and 350 of deca and I am taking AI. That is why i am a little concerned. I eat good and dont have any health issues I know of.

Isn’t too bad? Most people are around there or over, even active people.

Mines about 55 off cycle, people who are sub 50 are usually endurance athletes so I don’t see how 60 “isn’t that bad.”

According to the Mayo Clinic and other such sources, 60bpm is actually at the lowest point of the "normal sitting heart rate for adults" which, according to said sources, is between 60 and 100 beats per minute.
But, I dunno. I mean, I'm no healthcare professional, but 100 beats per minute seems high for a supposedly health adult.

What, in my opinion, is the most interesting aspect of all of this, is the fact that 26bpm is the lowest sitting heart rate ever recorded in a healthy human being. It was set in 2014 and by an American named Daniel Green. Wow!
