Approved Log Fat loss and Strength Cycle Log with Team Oxygen Pharma O2

Found an Old Picture of my old place from 2014, when I had a 14 inch screen and was obsessed with research on bodybuilding, nutrition and would play video games, I miss those posters and that OG Optimum Nutrition Shaker, Idk why no one makes those anymore:

I barely had any money, but life was interesting and fun...
I remember playing on a ps2 hooked up to a portable dvd player for a while too. Had it damn near at my face. Spyro i think at the time. Simpler times.

20mg Anavar fasted 1 hour before jujitsu - worked with heavier taller guys, got my ass kicked today but super worth it and super fun!

Another 20mg Anavar 1 hour before lifts and Dunked my protein shake 30 mins before weights.

Back lifts:

Treadmill: 20 mins 3 speed 3 incline

Overhanded wide pullups: 3x15
Bent over barbell rows: 3x10 155lbs (all overhanded)
Cable wide grip pulldowns: 3x20 135lbs
Seated cable rows: 3x20 135lbs
Cable straight arm lat prayer: 3x15 100lbs
Meadows Rows: 3x10 45lbs each side
Hyper extensions: 3x15 55lbs total
Overhanded wide pulldowns (one more, heavy): 2x08 200lbs (solid reps but grips give out, might bring my straps next time)

Abs:
Overhead ball throw Crunches: 3x20 supersetted with side heel touches 3x30

Amazing training day today, even thou before going to jujitsu i had a bit of a stiff back, hips, n stiff neck. It worked out perfectly!

Gonna cook some Ground turkey and devour it.

Didn't have jujitsu today so it was a bit less chaotic.

Took my O2 20mg Anavar, sublingually, 1 hour before lifts and had my taurine and hydration stick in the water.
Shoulders Tuesday:

Treadmill: 15 mins 3 speed 3 incline

-Standing Side dumbbell laterals: 3x20 22.5lbs dbs supersetted with seated side db laterals 3x15 15lbs dbs. (I have been loving this more and more lately)
-Seated dumbbell presses: 3x10 45lbs (I will push the reps up to 12 or more next time, I think the shoulder is ready for a bit of a push now)
-Cable lean away raises: 3x20 15lbs each arm (long time since I done these, amazing as always)
-Rope Face pulls: 3x15 95lbs
-Db shrugs: 3x10 75lbs (somehow, here is where my grips are lacking... I might just move on to barbell shrugs soon)

-Neck curls supersetted with rev neck curls 3x20 22.5lbs dumbbell (reps up) really feel my neck getting stronger in jujitsu too so that's great.

Got home, and shredded half a rotisserie chicken, made keto pizza with it. 2 keto pitas, some salsa, cheese, spicy mayo and all that chicken dunked in the airfryer. It was soo good I didn't even take a picture! :ROFLMAO:

Let's see if it stays steady in the morning below 84 kilos. If it does, I'd be happy! - I will have my protein shake soon + protein bar (to up the protein), but it's already added in my log and below is what the nutrition for the day will be when I am finished.

On a side note, I just had a call with my doctor. I TOLD (Key Word) him I need a blood test for test, E2, Lipids and everything else we have done before + liver function test. He is putting that up in my portal as we speak so I am ready for it come 7th of June as that will mark end of 4th week. For all my Canadian brothers in iron, do not ever let a doctor dictate you on what you should do, YOU TELL THEM WHAT YOU NEED! THEY CANNOT DENY YOU A BLOOD TEST OR ANY OTHER MEDICAL CHECKUP! We pay ridiculous tax for this bullshit and I bet you, on this 2 minute call I had with him, he is pocketing over $80 just for him to talk and then maybe spend 2 more minutes clicking a bunch of boxes and sending out a document to my portal.
As promised, I will be posting my blood results here and we can all ponder upon them.
@LevButlerov @HarleyGuy We will also have to discuss our cycle and PCT, I think it's good if we start the discussion soon as we will be done with our original 8 weeks plans on 5th of July.

Yeah I have insurance as well, but that insurance doesn't cover blood test even if I want one thru it. There are alot of doctors here who "don't listen" but I am super straight with them, i tell them what I need, and that's that. if they can work with me, sure. if not, bye bye.
Pakistan is great in this regard thou, $15 for a blood test, just walk into any lab, you can tick as many boxes as you want, result in 24 hours, pdf direct to your phone. $62 for a same day MRI...

I will get another protein bar in.

A long as day today!

Woke up today and weighed myself:

Weight was a bit higher than I expected but again, once I was at work, i really emptied myself in the bathroom so I guess it would have gone down to around 83.5kgs.

Jujitsu was supposed to be easy and basic today, as usual, took my O2 20mg Anavar about 1 hour before and drove over... It turned into some great technique battles and then hard rolls afterwards. Extreme cardio at it's peak. Loved every minute of it. More and more guys form evening class now showing up at noon and I love going with these more conditioned competitors... I have my shaker full of water with my hydration mix + Taurine and that helped.

Came back to work and had my usual protein shake. Was to help out a new employee understand some stuff so the rest of the time passed by pretty fast.

Took another O2 20mg Anavar and went to my lifting session. Hit Legs Hard today:

Legs:

-Treadmill: 22 mins. 3 speed 3 incline

-Lying leg curls: 3x20 110lbs
-Seated leg curls: 3x20 110lbs
Next week, I might add in standing leg curls in here for hams or maybe glute bridges as I think they will help alot with jujitsu as well.

-Leg extension: 3x20 125lbs
-Leg press: 3x15 360lbs on the rack
-Barbell Squats: 3x10 155lbs (weight up + reps up) My back was feeling a bit strained after 1st set but it settled well, I feel like I can hit 225 for a few reps easy but ofcourse I am in no hurry and we will keep on working easy to make sure we don't flare up my older knee or back injuries. I will keep on upping the weight every 2nd week on squats.
-Bulgarian split squats: 3x12 each leg with 18lbs kettlebells in each hand (reps up) (this was overload for me today, super pumps)

-Kettlebell toe raises: 3x15 18lbs kettlebell each leg. (Weight up - reps down)
-Seated calves raises: 3x15 80lbs (weight up)
-Standing calves raises: 3x21 70lbs


Abs:
Lying (bench) leg raises 3x15 supersetted with v holds 3x20 secs (time is up on the V holds)

I felt like I could keep on going even once workout was done but I also had a feeling, given the food yesterday, that I shouldn't push more as we don't want to crash on a deficit.

Came home and cooked 500 grams of boneless chicken in tomatoes and some ginger and garlic with 20ml oil total. ate that with yogurt (it's that red cause of thick tomatoes lol):

After I was done eating. Injected my 0.25ml O2 Test as scheduled:

One more thing I would like to mention, I had ran out of melatonin on Monday, so yesterday I bough magnesium, 250mg pills, took 2 of those and I did wake up rested, didn't feel sleepy atall during work and my workout sessions were energetic. I didn't have a racing mind at night while sleeping nor did I wake up again and again like I usually do... I will take them again today about 30 mins before I lay down. Hoping this goes good for me and if it does. I'd be happy. Sleep has always been a problem for me as my mind doesn't shut up ever.
Maybe good night's sleep last night was also why I was able to push myself harder and didn't feel tired all day.
Was extremely happy I was able to squat 70kgs (155lbs) after so so long and it didn't feel hard atall.
With lower than 50net carbs today, I am also looking forward to waking up below 84kg tomorrow.
Fingers crossed for good things to come!

My Gear routine to start the log:
  • Test Cyp = 250mg per week - 0.25ml pins every other day (Mon - Wed - Fri and so on).
  • Retatrutide = 2mg per week - 0.2ml pin as per my diluted solution once a week on Monday.
  • Anavar = 20mg before every workout - One tablet 30 mins before every single workout.

My current activity routine:
  • Weights and Gym = 5 times a week (4 times if I have to rest and recover more in that week)
  • Jujitsu = 3 times a week (4 times if I am testing/preparing my skills for a competition / 2 times if I have to rest and recover more in the week)
My rough training routine and philosophy:
Weight Training:
  1. To hit each muscle group with atleast 1 heavier weight exercise with the rep range of 8-12 reps for atleast 3 sets.
  2. To hit each muscle group with atleast 1 lighter weight exercise with the rep range of 20-25 for atleast 3 sets.
  3. To perform alteast 5 exercises with the best mind-muscle connection for every muscle group.
  4. To progressively overload every week or every other week in either the weight, or the reps on atleast 60% of the exercise of given muscle group.
Jujitsu Training:
  1. To keep on learning and working on my weaknesses in jujitsu.
  2. To try and roll with technicality and not with brute strength so the position and submission comes from understanding and intention and not luck or chance.
  3. When rolling, staying composed and testing my limits within reason to minimize injury.
  4. Respecting the superior technique, learning from it, and always respecting the tap to enable others to train - in turn having as many partners to train with as possible.
  5. Keeping a Problem-Solving mindset, and trying to not only learn "a move" but the flow and philosophy behind a move so evolution becomes nature.
Goals and expected outcomes from this gear run and log:
  • To drop my weight below 80kgs and then aim further down to get close to 75kgs after discussion and help from the EVO Fam.
  • Specifically focusing on retaining muscle mass, increasing strength for better jujitsu performance on the mats.
  • Focusing as much on fat loss as possible. Try and get rid of the folded/floppy belly fat.
  • Staying injury free while strengthening myself to avoid any more from occuring.
I will get bloodwork done by the end of 4th week (8th June or so) and post it here as well.

Today was not the best day...

Sleep was not good, woke up with a bit of a headache too. Thankfully no jujitsu today so it wasn't that fast paced.
But was happy to see my morning weight below 84kgs:

Took my 20mg O2 Anavar as usual 1 hour before workout and went to hit Chest:

-Treadmill: 15 mins 3 speed 3 incline

-Db flat bench press: 2x10 80lbs 1x7 (failed, couldnt do 8th)
-Seated iso machine press: 3x20 110lbs on the machine
-Seated machine press: 3x15 155lbs
-Cable flyes (high to low): 1x20 1x12 (took good rest) 1x20 70lbs each side.

By the 2nd set of cable flyes my shoulder was almost done... felt like i couldn't get the rhythm right so rather than pushing and risking injury - I didn't. Stopped after that, no pushups to finish off today.
Despite that, I'd saw it was good workout, controlled negatives and felt the work done.

Came back to work and my protein shake as usual. Was sleepy and day felt like a drag.

Once home, I cooked 500 grams of extra lean beef in oil and tomatoes, added in some protein pasta as well:

Why the oil when cooking ground beef? I find it cooks in the rendered fat even at extra lean and then I drain that fat. I weigh before I cook it and again after to get a rough idea of actual macros and then calculate for added sauce. Or are you trying to hit a specific fat intake? Could drop a lot of extra calories that way.

I feel like its hard for me to cook it evenly without any oil, 10ml oil is 9 grams of fat, and that's what i added. Wanna keep my fat intake above 70 and below 100 ideally

Sleep was not good, woke up with a bit of a headache too. Thankfully no jujitsu today so it wasn't that fast paced.

By the 2nd set of cable flyes my shoulder was almost done... felt like i couldn't get the rhythm right so rather than pushing and risking injury - I didn't. Stopped after that, no pushups to finish off today.
Despite that, I'd saw it was good workout, controlled negatives and felt the work done.

Such a technical scrappy session today! I fucking loved it!

The guy who i paired up with, he's a great guy and tough at the same time, secured his Gold Medal in ADCC Calgary in his weight class. He recently got his brown belt, super technical and a great guard retention he has. It was for sure art in motion when we were gaming and scrapping - amazing back and forth and I loved every second of it!

Not too sure but might go for open-mat tomorrow too, i know i said the same thing last week and then still got some rounds in on Sunday, but today i am feeling more of it. I'll see how i feel tomorrow, might make an impulsive decision who knows.

Great updates with lots of detail on how you're feeling and your overall mood. I get the feeling this will be a great part of your log to keep your thoughts put down for us here with your mind having a hard time to shut off. Consider it like 'journal therapy'. The lifting is obviously going really well I see 9/10's and your weight hasn't moved in 3 weeks so a possible recomp in the making here.

Jits is obviously an amazing mood booster for you so keep that on the menu and obviously don't overtrain is all I can say especially with carbs that low.

We will also have to discuss our cycle and PCT, I think it's good if we start the discussion soon as we will be done with our original 8 weeks plans on 5th of July.
Once we get closer to the date we can plan accordingly unless you already know your goals for then? Might be good to wait another few weeks to see your weight/BF%/goals etc and go from there but it would only be tweaking what we'd likely already steer toward I'm thinking

Maybe good night's sleep last night was also why I was able to push myself harder and didn't feel tired all day.

I totally get this but do what you can to mitigate overtraining. Poor sleep can be caused by your CNS being amped up due to overtraining.

Jujitsu: Yes sir, that's definitely a happy place, the pursuit of solving problems and philosophizing on it all gives me a feeling of achievement and purpose.

Bodybuilding: Yes, training has been better for the most past, and I listen to my body when I see the signs like I did on chest day.

Overtraining: I do think that might be a factor, as I lost most of my vascalurity again right after chest day on Thursday, today is a Saturday and I can barely see any veins in my feet, usually they look vascular as hell but now they look and feel puffy. Sleep, lower carbs, alot of training, all of that can be a factor in that - might also be the reason my body is holding on to every single calorie it gets and struggling to lose weight?

Recomp: I do not know what to say about that, but I am guessing my body could be going thru a recompositing phase, if so, I think you might be correct since I can see some differences when I am lifting, my muscles are more vivid with some (very little) striations in the chest, shoulder and arms, and sometimes able to spot a vein or so in my legs and calves too. My clothes do fit differently as well. We need to look more into this for sure, I have a tripod coming in soon, once I do, I will be able to take better pictures and maybe record some videos at the gym as well so we can see what's happening. One more thing I would want to mention is that same thing happened with weight around end of January till mid of March. My weight was stuck in the low 90s and then all of a sudden, it dropped to 89kgs and then I worked a bit more and it came down to 85kg+, stayed there for a bit in April and now in May, I was able to get it down to low 80s (less than 85kgs) consistently.

Let me know what you think of all this. Would also appreciate some insights from @LevButlerov @stevesmi @Ulter @ROIDDERS @ceo @2Thick @Pigsy @Mobster

I was extremely tired yesterday, didn't go to bjj open mat, neither did I do anything hard... My muscles felt like shutting down n all, didn't have any food at home so got some fried chicken from outside (Chicken only no fries), had that and some icecream to get my blood sugar up.

After food at 7pm, I was still tired and just layed down on the sofa, slept for almost 1 hour before I got up and went to bed, slept again and woke up at 3ish am, went to the bathroom and then slept again from 3:30 to 8ish... In total I slept more than 10 hours and work up actually feeling normal....

I really think i need more (good) sleep and maybe some more food too?

I am down to fast for 36 hours on weekends. Last I had (FINISHED) food was 7pm last night (Saturday). It's 10:50am (Sunday) now, I won't consume any calories today since all I am doing is staying home. I will eat again once I am at work tomorrow, maybe chug down my protein shake and have some thing else (Maybe some airfried chicken sausages?). I will post my Monday AM weight tomorrow.

You're overtraining is the issue and you dont have food prep.

You need to get 2-3 days as a deload in and you need to start doing meal prep. You're doing it wrong without meal prep. Prepping once a week will change your life @zucchini

I hear ya on the meal prep bro, but trust me, I CANNOT for the life of me, eat food more than a day old.

I just cooked some beef with protein pasta and veggies in it for tomorrow morning so I can eat it all at work. But that's pretty much all the meal prep I do, if I had to have it sit it in the fridge/freezer, for over a day. I wouldn't even want to touch it.

I took a few photos last night before I went to bed, but couldn't really pose properly as I was feeling tired but here's two:

Photo 1: Chest is as thick and big as ever. If I was not depleted, I could also see some veins in the chest like i do at the gym usually. Posing: I really couldn't pose for shit lol, my traps are even but trying to take the photo, they both laxed a bit. Compared to the last photos, chest has has for sure gone down even with shitty photos.
Photo 2: Arms are good, shoulder development is coming along nicely considering injuries, lats are most definitely big and they spread better too. However, posing wasn't good. I should have worn my underwear so I could show the quad as well. I also need better lighting. I will try and take a few photos at the gym in daytime so It's does me some justice.

Got to work at around 6:45am and ate about 1/3rd of the meal below:

Will keep on eating periodically as the day goes by, don't want to eat it all and fuck up my digestion and stomach.

We have an extremely windy day and almost half the week it's gonna keep on raining.... I will post updates of the day in regards to training later and my reta dose due for today, at night.

The weight has gone down dramatically.

I took a few photos last night before I went to bed, but couldn't really pose properly as I was feeling tired but here's two:

Photo 1: Chest is as thick and big as ever. If I was not depleted, I could also see some veins in the chest like i do at the gym usually. Posing: I really couldn't pose for shit lol, my traps are even but trying to take the photo, they both laxed a bit. Compared to the last photos, chest has has for sure gone down even with shitty photos.
Photo 2: Arms are good, shoulder development is coming along nicely considering injuries, lats are most definitely big and they spread better too. However, posing wasn't good. I should have worn my underwear so I could show the quad as well. I also need better lighting. I will try and take a few photos at the gym in daytime so It's does me some justice.

Got to work at around 6:45am and ate about 1/3rd of the meal below:

Just got all caught up bro. Progress is looking good man. Definitely looking bigger than the last pics of you i seen.

On your shoulder day, instead of lean over cable laterals, try crossbody instead and see how you like them. Set the pulley id say around hip height and stand up right. Your arm crossbody in front of you will give your lareral delt a full stretch. Id also add in rear flys as well or your rear delts will lag behind your laterals and fronts.

That's how i do the lean away raises, the lean away makes me feel more of a stretch especially if i go past my hip towards the pully.

If the pec dec rear flys were hurting shoulder, you can try cable crossbody flys. I do both sides at the same time, and instead of having arm extended, i only pull my elbows back similar to facepulls but you get more stretch.

Embrace the chicken and rice it does amazing things. I used mushroom stock in my rice cooker with my sticky rice last night and it was amazing.

@zucchini I love a simple meal like chicken and rice. Right now I'm loading up on fish because I was able to catch a lot during the spring season.

What kind of fish did you catch and whats your prefered way of cooking it?
I post pictures in my log but it's called pompano and it's very hard to catch and the most expensive fish where I live.

Tuesday 06/02/2026 update on the log, Sponsored by OXYGEN PHARM:

Sleep last night was a bit better, I took a total of 750mg of magnesium about 40 mins before I went to bed.

AM weight:
82.90kgs. Didn't take a picture today.
Weight is below 83 and holding so that's good. I anticipate below 83.50kg tomorrow AM.

I took chicken and rice to work today and had that earlier in the day, ate from around 7:45ish to 8:45ish.
840 grams of boneless chicken in 100 grams of rice made in some crushed tomatoes and oil (NOT COUNTING CALORIES FROM THE DRY SPICES I PUT IN):

Took 20mg Anavar before noon lifting today as it was an off day from jujitsu.

Chest today:

Treadmill: 15 mins 3 speed 3 incline

-Db flat bench press: 3x20 45lbs
-Seated iso machine press: 3x20 110lbs on the machine
-Seated machine press: 3x15 155lbs
-Cable flyes (high to low): 3x20 60lbs each side.
-Pushups: 3x25 each

I went lower weight and higher reps today - gotta keep the shoulder mobile and take it slow a few weeks before I get back to heavier presses.

Pinning my scheduled 0.25ML of test as scheduled:

BTW, Here's a proper Front Double Biceps while I feel better:

Couldn't get the usual best light spot for posing in the gym but lats look and feel good, same goes for arms and shoulders while the chest was super pumped already. I look and feel fuller, bigger and tighter. Last ones were just a shit day!

Definitely a great update. I like how you added a summary of your day. I think that is important and that's a huge part of doing this log. You can always go back and take a look at any changes and why and what. @zucchini

a 100%! I used to only put these in my phone and not here, now I started putting them here as well since this is my major log and a routine thing I do to keep myself accounted for.

I always compare my ongoing week to my last week and see if improvements can be made or if there's something specific that I did which made me feel a certain way.
