Gear to begin this log (Till Next 8 weeks): (BLESSINGS OF @OxygenPharm )

  • Test Cyp 250mg/ml
  • Retatrutide
  • Anavar 20mgs
My Gear routine to start the log:
  • Test Cyp = 250mg per week - 0.25ml pins every other day (Mon - Wed - Fri and so on).
  • Retatrutide = 2mg per week - 0.2ml pin as per my diluted solution once a week on Monday.
  • Anavar = 20mg before every workout - One tablet 30 mins before every single workout.

My current activity routine:
  • Weights and Gym = 5 times a week (4 times if I have to rest and recover more in that week)
  • Jujitsu = 3 times a week (4 times if I am testing/preparing my skills for a competition / 2 times if I have to rest and recover more in the week)
My rough training routine and philosophy:
Weight Training:
  1. To hit each muscle group with atleast 1 heavier weight exercise with the rep range of 8-12 reps for atleast 3 sets.
  2. To hit each muscle group with atleast 1 lighter weight exercise with the rep range of 20-25 for atleast 3 sets.
  3. To perform alteast 5 exercises with the best mind-muscle connection for every muscle group.
  4. To progressively overload every week or every other week in either the weight, or the reps on atleast 60% of the exercise of given muscle group.
Jujitsu Training:
  1. To keep on learning and working on my weaknesses in jujitsu.
  2. To try and roll with technicality and not with brute strength so the position and submission comes from understanding and intention and not luck or chance.
  3. When rolling, staying composed and testing my limits within reason to minimize injury.
  4. Respecting the superior technique, learning from it, and always respecting the tap to enable others to train - in turn having as many partners to train with as possible.
  5. Keeping a Problem-Solving mindset, and trying to not only learn "a move" but the flow and philosophy behind a move so evolution becomes nature.
Goals and expected outcomes from this gear run and log:
  • To drop my weight below 80kgs and then aim further down to get close to 75kgs after discussion and help from the EVO Fam.
  • Specifically focusing on retaining muscle mass, increasing strength for better jujitsu performance on the mats.
  • Focusing as much on fat loss as possible. Try and get rid of the folded/floppy belly fat.
  • Staying injury free while strengthening myself to avoid any more from occuring.
I will get bloodwork done by the end of 4th week (8th June or so) and post it here as well.

That in itself is an incredible achievement, is this your first time using reta?
I have used Reta in 2025, but yes this would be the 1st phase in my life ive used reta in 2025 n now.
But anavar, this is truly the 1st time. Gonna take a pill before jujitsu today and then one before lifting - see how that goes.

I was running anavar for a bit (had to stop to prepare for bloodwork) and i found 10mg noticeable and effective , interested to see how you make out with it
 
I took it sublingual on the way to the gym, felt it kick in about half way through the workout, and once it did I felt like I could have kept going for hours if I wanted to
So are people not to swallow anavar? Like just dunk it with water?
When you took jt sublingualy, would you let it disolve under the tongue or swallow it? And how long before your workout did you take it?

Just dissolve under tongue, takes like 15 minutes to completly dissolve. I took it maybe 15 mins before workout, probably should have done 30 though

I just took mine with water, 20mg on wake up, 20mg about an hours or so before gym. 4pm on non lift days for second dose so its easier to sleep at night.

Im too impatient for subling but you can chew aswell.
I have one subling right now and i am being impatient. Might just swallow it 😅

Ahh yea. Definitely miss crashing on those dirt jumps on the bike trails too. I fell out of a 25 foot pine tree during a game of tag. I landed standing on both feet and crawled approx 200 yards in the mud home cause i couldnt walk. Mom made me crawl into the house for being an idiot. 😂

What works for me is sublingual 1 hour pre workout
For taking oral with water and swallow I do 2 hours pre workout

Gotta tell ya, i am working right now at the gym, back lifts. Reps up, harder push. Could just be placebo but i an focused. Will post soon. 70% done with lifts them abs later

I am trying to keep inline with the philosophy I posted at the start of this log for weight training, to test my strength gain and progressively overload:

The finger story... So I busted my left hand ring finger somehow during jujitsu maybe before the day I competed, it just hurts holding dumbbells n all. it will get better with time...

No man, I haven't gotten any supps other than Whey Isolate Protein. Let me know which taurine electrolyte should I get? Allmax Taurine 400g works? that's easy to find. Also, what about liver support? do I need Milk thistle as well?

Another question, Anavar schedule is like this: Monday (two training sessions) 40mg total (2 doses), Tuesday (one training session) 20mg total (one dose) same till friday, Now should I still take anavar on my off day, which would most probably be Saturday and Sunday?

Thanks so much brother. I am pushing it as much as I can! Also, I increased treadmill from 10 mins on non jujitsu days to 15, and from 15 to 20mins on jujitsu days to get in some more passive cardio.

I am never going to go away from combat sports ever again, i love it way too much, same for lifting.
I honestly didn't feel too much of a difference during jujitsu, just felt like I could push more, and I felt like I was a bit more pumped once the adrenaline eased off.
Tomorrow is a jujitsu day, I will post here how it goes. Supposed to be heavier rolls at the end of the session tomorrow.

@zucchini if it works, it works, and a lot of people like to do it. I think martial arts is amazing. It's been ruined by stupid UFC fighting and fighting in cages, which is really dumb.

I somewhat agree with it, but I think it's more of the "casual fans" that have ruined it more than anything... back in Matt Hughes days and Bass Rutten days of UFC, there were no casual fans and it used to be much more respectful. much more of a mixed martial art and less of a circus it has now become... It's all about the money tbh, even big time jujitsu has alot of politics and junk in it now. I try and stay away from it all. I do it for the love of the sport and art and personal development.

Well, I just got back from jujitsu, It was a great session and I wasn't gassing so I guess that's a plus... I think it's for sure letting me push a bit beyond what I normally would.
Sipped on my protein shake... will have a solid leg session right after work and post it soon.

Sounds good. Thats what i started doing from yesterday, put it under the to gie 1 hour before, and it goes away in about 15 mins so i start working 45mins after the pill is done.

My sleep is so shit... i gotta get some magnesium as well. And maybe invest in those cooling bedsheets or something.

And yes sir, food has been extremely clean this week. I have a feeling if i keep it clean over the weekend as well (maybe just some more carbs to replenish and very little sugars) I'll be able to go to the range of 83kgs by end of next week.
 
It's hard for sure, especially when working more on leg locks, position retention and tripod passing, it's hard to flex and contract them again n again to stay active.
I bet. Id get the craziest pumps in any muscle i use to stabilize during lifts.

Oh man! I was so tried yesterday and had to prioritize some time away from screens and get good sleep. - Still tired and muscles sore thou (telling me I killed the workouts!)

I slept and couldn't post my food last night so here it is:

Beef and potatoes, cooked in 20ml olive oil and 155ml crushed tomatoes. Ate that with yogurt.



Took 0.25ml Cyp again today as scheduled in the morning today. was still sore and body needed fuel so I took out some forzen veggies and added 400 grams of boneless costco chicken chunks with some nandos creamy sauce (no sugar), ate it while at work and the picture is from when I already almost finished it all.:

Gonna take an @OxygenPharm Anavar in about 45 mins sublingual like @LevButlerov and @HarleyGuy suggested and will head for jujitsu in an hour from taking the var.
