can you tell us how you're doing tirzepatide? in detail please what days of week and doses. @MarkNVYesterday was my dose of tirzepatide, that means today it is really hard to eat. I am just not hungry. I am going to keep it simple tonight. I am nowhere near the calories I need nor will I get them. I am going to have a double scoop of protein, 56 grams protein, and see how I feel in about an hour and try again for food then
