Feeling underwhelming results on cycle. Why do you think it is ?
Kept 15 lbs. I wouldve thought that was great! But 20 weeks was excessive thoMy biggest regret is 500mg test my first cycle. Kept around 15lbs but fuck were the gains underwhelming. What a waste of 20 weeks.

15 pounds per cycle. 4 cycles and you would gain 60 pounds, 8 cycles and you would gain 120 pounds and be on the mr olympia stage right?
you didn't gain 15 pounds, 10 pounds or even 5 pounds sorry. you probably gained 1/2 pound of actual muscle tissue. the rest was water and fat.. this is a marathon and not a sprint, if you aren't going to have a long term view then you are wasting your time!

You can easily gain 10lbs of muscle in a 12 month period if you train to the death and eat right and use aas at a moderate dose with proper pct
