Feeling underwhelming results

15 lbs of muscle is a lot. Not sure what you were expecting but that's 2 or 3 years of natty gains in 5 months. I'd say they worked.

Not sure what you were expecting... 15 lbs is great! Especially if you've managed to hold onto that and they're some good quality gains!

Personally my first cycle I ran Test and Deca and gained around 30lbs!

15 pounds per cycle. 4 cycles and you would gain 60 pounds, 8 cycles and you would gain 120 pounds and be on the mr olympia stage right?

you didn't gain 15 pounds, 10 pounds or even 5 pounds sorry. you probably gained 1/2 pound of actual muscle tissue. the rest was water and fat.. this is a marathon and not a sprint, if you aren't going to have a long term view then you are wasting your time!

I think even with a good diet and a good training regime 15 lbs although clearly its not all muscle is still a fantastic result

My biggest regret is 500mg test my first cycle. Kept around 15lbs but fuck were the gains underwhelming. What a waste of 20 weeks.

You gained 15 pounds of what? If you gained 15 pounds of muscle and you think that’s underwhelming.... lol I don’t know what to tell you. You could stand in front of a gamma ray laser [emoji2369][emoji2369][emoji2369]

You owe me a new monitor. Just spit coffee all over this one.

We will always disagree on this lol...
You can easily gain 10lbs of muscle in a 12 month period if you train to the death and eat right and use aas at a moderate dose with proper pct

it depends.. if you had a lot of muscle.. quit training, lose most of it and made a come back then yes you could initially gain back that muscle thanks to muscle memory then you would hit a wall and would need to grind going forward

a normal person gaining 10 pounds of muscle per year? impossible. if that was true guys who have been training 20 years would have gained 200 pounds in that span. it simply cannot happen due to homeostasis

really the main goal is 1-2 pounds of muscle tissue per year over the long term. that is a lot in its own right.

the OP complaining he gained 15 pounds only THINKS he gained 15 pounds of muscle. i guarantee you only gained 1/2 pound if he was lucky. maybe nothing entirely. just depends. it is just fluff and water. many guys in the gym walk around with puffed out chest all proud of themselves when they are just 250 pounds of water, you could poke them and provide water for days to people in 3rd word countries, that is how much water they have on them.

Not if you are already in shape. If you are not in shape you can do that naturally.
