Hi guys,

I'm really new to this whole scene and am looking for some guidance. I have GW-501516, SR-9009 & N2Slin on the way ready to go hard. What dosages do you recommend and how long should my cycle be? My stats are I'm 25 female, 165cm, 75kg(I'm from Aus w measure different over here haha) and mainly looking to lose weight and tone up as I don't have much trouble putting on a little muscle.

Any help would be great. Thanks :)
 
first off i want to make sure your got your stuff from sarms1 and your n2slin from n2bm obviously

this is how you use these products

n2slin: 2 caps 30 minutes prior to your 2-3 largest meals of the day OR 1 cap 30 minutes prior to your 4-6 meals of the day
GW: 10mg AM and then PM.
SR9009: 10mg 30-60 minutes prior to your workouts, cardio, sex, or any other exercise.

the SR does help with weight loss but it is best utilized before exercise because of its short half life and fast peak in the body

this is going to be a helluva stack to lose weight, please keep us informed and some pics would be great !!
 
Sorry my mistake I haven't ordered the GW or SR yet. I thought I had but have been looking at a few different suppliers. The N2slin I got from N2BM and it's on it's way.

Since neither cardarine gw or sr9009 are hormones or stimulants, you can use them a long time without worrying about hormone suppression, cortisol increases etc.

I recommend 12-16 week cycles with 4 week breaks in between.

Make sure to do your research before ordering from any source. There are ALOT of fake SARMS floating around. The approved source of the board sarms1.com is really good. I recommend them 100%

Instead sr tho. ...maybe try lgd. That's my favorite sarm....gw, lgd and n2slin would be awesome to tone up and loose lbs.....

^^^not a bad suggestion at all. GW and N2Slin are the staple of your cycle and adding something like LGD can really help with the lean mass, giving you a much more toned look.

If you want something a little more mild then swap out the LGD and add in Ostarine. It is more a SARM meant to preserve muscle.

8 weeks is a good length but you can really run SARMs cycles 8-16 weeks.

sarms1 is the company we recommend because the quality is great. With other companies you don't know what you are getting regardless of price. Remember that this is a completely unregulated industry so they can put snake oil in the bottle and say it is SARMs.

The optimal length for SARMS cycles is 8-16 weeks. The reason I suggested 12 weeks is because sarms1.com has buy 2 get 1 free options on LGD and cardarine. If you purchased that for both, you would have enough for a 12 week cycle at the recommended dosages.

If you don't want to use sarms1.com, do A LOT of research. There so much fake SARMS floating around. Literally every single day someone comes on the board asking for help because they are experiencing side effects from using fake SARMS.
 
Thanks guys. I looked into putting Ostarine in my original stack but ended up swapping it out for SR. Which one out of MK, SR & LGD will work better for me cutting while still preserving the muscle I have?

all SARM's will prevent muscle wasting

GW and SR9009 are not sarm's, they are very different. they will help boost endurance and fat loss. GW has a much longer half life so i tell guys who want to stack something to burn fat to use GW, but someone who is more concerned with getting more bang for their endurance will want to use SR before their activity for a boost
 
I'll definitely be taking GW & N2Slin. But I want to add a third thing to my stack just want to know which one would be best out of SR, MK or LGD?
 
You'll like GW, currently taking 20mg per day sometimes I split t 10mg AM/10mg PM, but I heard it shouldn't matter since it's in the system for about 24hrs
 
I would pick ostarine or s4.

S4 + cardarine is a very common cutting stack. THat's what I would personally pick -> https://www.evolutionary.org/andarine-s-4

If you don't want to use S4 for whatever reason, then I would pick ostarine.

I'm currently on 1200cal/day for my food intake. Will I need to up this for any reason or will this stack work well on 1200cal/day?

That calorie levels seems perfect for your statistics. I would break down the calories into 40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fat.
