First Cycle Help

Hi everyone, I'm willing to make my first cycle and I want some help with it. What should I use? How should I use it? How to prepare myself for the side effects? It will be a bulking cycle since my metabolism is really fast and I can't gain fat even on high carb diet, is Testosterone enanthate and Deca a good choice for first cycle, if not what's the best way?

72 kg / 159 lbs
Bodyfat no idea but really lean
17 years old (in 3 months 18)
Working out since 1 year and 3 months, when I started I was 50 kg / 110 lbs. I'm also training Box and Football what means High Intense all the time (6 days/week in the gym, 3 days/week football, 2 days/week box)
There is a pic of me, it's a bit outdated. Now I'm more leaner and a bit better but anyway.

at your age you shouldn't use steroids bro...dangerous...

you can naturally train and eat and grow REALLY well because you got good hormone levels...
 
Too young to be using gear brother. Your at the age where your hormones are at peak levels. Just train hard n eat properly like gear head has stated and youll make some good gains.
 
Forget the AAS, go with 4000 calorie a day diet of quality food and lift heavy. Keep at it for a few years and you'll get some good gains. I was just like you, cant gain fat no matter what I eat, then I hit 30 years old. Im also the same height as you. Go with hard work over the side effect way out. Besides you don't want to mess your hormones up at your age. My girlfriends wish I was still 17

NOONE should be advising usage... if someone tells your their mind is made up on committing suicide are you going to help them out?? that makes no sense... there is NO good reason whatsoever to be using steroids at that age... anyone contributing to helping with this should be fucking ashamed of themselves and definitely won't be high on my list whatsoever... this is ridiculous... aiding someone to do something we all know is horrible to partake in at that age is ludicrous... Instead, offer the proper guidance on what is safe and healthy...

Jan - if you want to chat about this directly I am glad too.

The net of it is, all these posts have good advice. Specifically, your hormones are peaking and you can grow so easy! Right food, food and more food you'll be amazed. But it's the right foods and NOT WHAT the HEALTH teacher says. :-)
 
No no no stay away from aas until your older like at least 25 bro. Build your foundation take the time to dial in good diet training and sleeping habits so when ur old enough it's second nature to you.

its just the insinuation that bothers me bro... i know your a good dude and i really like what you said about waiting until your 30 as i think that's far more closer to the proper age but its my ethics that require me to make sure everyone sees that what he's proposing is unacceptable...

Your hpta axis is not fully developed yet. Personally, I'd wait til you were at least 21. Also, if you do decide to use aas, make sure you get a full hormone panel before cycle so you have a target range of values to shoot for after pct.

Hey, I know that my hpta axis is not fully developed yet but what is the worst thing that can happen if I use steroids when my hpta axis is not fully developed? Also what is a full hormone panel, I didn't get it.
 
you have a very good base at 17, why would you set yourself back for life by using steroids?

ask gladiator about using steroids, he is only 24 and already has a 200 T levels and now has to do HRT forever

why not head over to NTBM website and pick some of their supps to give you an edge, if you can afford steroids you can afford supps and food

Dude, there is no reason to juice at such a young age. Hit it natural for a few years and build a great natural foundation while your endocrine system is developing. You don't want to fuck yourself up, and potentially kill your ability to recover or have kids. I didn't touch a single hormone of any kind and until 35. This is a marathon, not a sprint

Actually since I registred in this site was the first time I heard about "sarms". What do they do, is there any guild about it? I just found guild how to use it but nothing for what they do and what are the risks.
Well the only reason I wanna make steroid cycle is because I wanna put some weight into my body and reach my dream body.
About supplements and food, well I'm doing 1 month high carb/low fat/high protein diet (about 9000 calories per day) and then I switch next month into a low carb/high fat/high protein diet. I eat fucking a lot. About supplements I think they are shit especially the protein powders, don't know much about the rest if any good but those protein powders make no sense to be better than the protein from the nature. Maybe someone with clue of supplements/sarms can help me?

Thank you for the help guys, I changed my mind. I thought it's just the side effects but seems like when you are young there is much more into it. So if I'm young for ass or prohormones am I able to go for Sarms or anything else that will increase my strength and muscles?

it all depends on how young but when you are under 20, i personally won't ever condone, advise or endorse messing around with your test or homrones in any way... its just a terrible idea... a pro hormone is basically a steroid itself anyway so the difference between them is not what you think... sarms would be the safest option for you and you can start them much younger but at 18 years old, you would never get an "okay" from me on anything that is touching your test and hormones...

there are plenty of excellent supplements that could provide big enhancement for you in this young, developmental growing stage... you should really focus on perfecting your diet and training... developing consistencies, learn the science behind it, etc... get EVERY OUNCE of progress and gains you can get naturally over a 5-10 year span... that's the best, safest and most assured way to go about things...

i guess i wasn't clear enough for you in my last post that i do not recommend anything like this under 20... not trying to be a dick but what is so hard for you to grasp on that? i can recommend you some nice supplements to take but im definitely not the one to contribute to a minor messing with test and hormonal levels... please do not ask me for something like that again... i will help you with supplements with no problem whatsoever as that's perfectly safe and something you should implement...
 
NO NO NO. Try D-aspartic Acid to boost your natural testosterone w/ some really good vitamins and quality protein like Need2Whey. Hit the preworkout supps hard and you should be fine. There should be enough testosterone in that young body of yours to look at gals and get em prego. Just wait until you really need it my friend!

you don't need nor want to "boost" your testosterone at 17 years old... what do you not understand about not messing with your test and hormones at your age?? how can i make it any easier to understand? i can't do this if you won't listen, which you clearly have trouble doing...

go to www.n2bm.com... look at need2slin, GEAR, whey to build muscle, whey isolation and ruthless 3d multivitamin... also look into creatine
 
I would take my supps something like this.

4 protein shakes a day. 1 upon waking, 1 before workout, 1 after workout, and 1 pre-bedtime.
2 BCAA shakes a day. 1 during workout, 1 at lunchtime.
2 servings Creatine Monahydrate. 1 pre-workout, and 1 post workout.
A really good mulit-vitamin with anti-oxidants.
I think a good pre-workout for you may be something like BullNox w/ a lot of NO2 boosters to help your workout. It has some test boosters in it , but nothing that IMO is going to hurt you.
Fish Oil1200mg w/ Omega 3-360mg. 2 upon waking, 2 post workout, and 2 before bedtime.
Potassium post workout.

My recommendations for supps are Protein ( Need2Whey ). BCAA ( Modern BCAA ). Creatine ( MusclePharm ). Mulit-vitamin ( ProSource Vital Mens ). Pre-workout ( Bullnox by Betenacourt ). Fish Oil and Potassium ( Nature Made )

This with plenty of clean calories at your age should show you amazing results. If you do this right it's gonna cost some cash, but at your age you will get the same results as using AAS with all of the available natural testosterone you have. I hope this helps you brother. One more thing. To support your kidneys and liver with all this protein I would recommend a supp like Sesamin by Scivation just to keep it all healthy.

Follow the dosing on the labels bro. And seriously read up on nutrition and really dial in your diet play with it see what works for you and what doesn't. Everyone is different. But very good choice on staying away from it until later. Train hard and sleep good. Take care bro

This is agreed, I would only use basic supps at that age like creatine, whey to build muscle, ruthless 3D mulit, fish oil, and maybe n2bm gear or n2slin.

for 2 weeks taking bcaas/creatine/multi-vitamin/pre workout/fish oil ive been amazed by the results.. my body got way leaner and bigger, i got veiny, im talking about serious veins over the arms/shoulders/lower abs lol overall my body and my strength went hell high, my bench went from 60kg to 80kg, my squat went from 75kg to 110kg and my deadlift from 100kg to 115kg , i havent arrived yet the sesamin and the protein shakes but im doing well with the protein instead of protein shakes , potassium arrived today, im going to post soon pics ! all i can say is THANK YOU A LOT GUYS for advicing me to do the right thing, doesnt matter if im using aas (for which i joined evo but didnt go for it because great guys gave me the right advice) or not im still enjoying the great community and learning everyday new things!
also i gained 3kgs of lean muscle mass in those 2 weeks!

I agree when I was 17 I was 6 foot 1 @ 170LB I looked like a twig but when I went to college I gained about 20-25 pounds of fat and muscle mix I always thought I couldnt gain mass or fat but I didnt realize how much I was under eating for my activity level.

My advice is to take a mass gaining shake as your post workout shake with about 500-700 Calories carbs and all the good stuff after your workout and take a carb & protein supplement before your workout. I went from 170-195 in a year obviously 10-12 pounds were fat but then over the next 6 months I lifted hard turned up my intensity and I was able to lean out at 190 I felt better about myself and I was much more satisfied by doing it naturally.. There is always a way to gain weight make sure you read the book or at least spark notes the important stuff "nutrition timing" its an amazing took for hard gainers like yourself! Do that first!

Also last piece of advice make sure you lift heavy and keep your workouts around 50min or less if you workout too long you are going to only make your body burn more calories and thus force yourself to have to eat even more to make up the difference. Try that! I am licensed in nutrition if you have any more questions let me know!

I agree this is great advice I would also like to advocate that you add a 2:1 or 3:1 ratio of high GI carbs to your pre workout shake (5-10 minutes before your workout)

Your ratio is suggested at 2.25-2.75g:1g protein. the pre workout shake should contain 20-35g carbs to 7-15g protein as well as your recommended 7/8g BCAA

Carbohydrates are most important pre and post workout as they increase the body's ability to jump start a process called "protein synthesis" if you take carbs before and after your workout you will greatly increase your body's protein uptake and this will in turn help "put some meat on the bones" to make a long story short.

The key is follow the recommended protein/ carb ratio pre workout and then invert the protein to carb ratio for post workout it becomes 1g carbs: 2.25-2.75g protein post workout so you should have 40g protein after your workout and proportionate amount of carbs

Acceptable sources include vitargo, maltodextrin (there are many more but these 2 are my personal go-to's)

Vitargo is made of sweet potatos and is highly regarded as a much better source but for people who are considered hard gainers, this wont make a huge difference as fast carbs are fast carbs. Hope this helps!

06:00 250g cheese full fat / 500g chicken chest / 2 capsels fish oil / 1 capsel multivitamin (after wake up)
09:00 500g curd full fat
10:50 500g curd full fat
12:45 500g chicken chest
13:45 250gg cheese no fat / pre workout 1 scoup / creatine 1 scoup (pre workout)
13:46-15:00 1 scoup bcaa (during workout)
15:01 500g cheese no fat / 3 bananas (big ones about 600-700g) / 1 scoup creatine / 2 capsels fish oil / 1 capsel multivitamin / 1 capsel potassium (post workout)
18:00 1kg bananas
21:00 1kg sweet potatoes
21:30 3 egg whites / 1 banana / 2 capsels fish oil / 2 capsels sesamin (small one about 100-150g) (before bed)


from tomorrow im going to add 3 bananas into my pre workout and drink the bcaa shake as pre workout instead of during the workout, i started lifting weights 1 year and 4 months ago, i started at 49 kg and now i am 73 at bodyfat not sure how much but i would set myself to 6% since at the moment im veiny overall and really lean, about the weight gainers i find them garbage because bananas are way cheaper and better in my opinion
