so i started off doing trt did it for Three months. I went from 255 pounds down to 215 in three months diet exercise and 180mg test c eod injections. got labs done 3 times my levels were all really good. i don’t have to do labs with my trt clinic for another 9 months. Started talking with a buddy at work watched a 100 youtube videos read every day for 3 months still reading watching learning. I talked my stupid self into doing a cycle. Probably way too early i know. Starting my cycle June 16 started at 200 test c 200 masteron. bumped both up to 380 each july 4 was going to run 12 weeks but thinking im getting my own labs done next week will make the decision on going full 12 weeks or cutting it down back to trt with lab results. My goal is to stay 215 and do a body recomp. so far so good staying same weight i had to up my food intake a lot. typical day of food would be 25 grams of whey protein 25 grams of caesin protein mixed with creatine, calcium, mct powder ,psyllium husk, collagen mixed with 1.5 cups 2 percent milk. 1 pack of animal pak ultimate foundation vitamins 6 of 12 of my cycle defend supplement for heart kidneys liver and prostate. that’s what Idrink for breakfast then i drink a 20 ounce bottle of water with liquid Iv. quick snack at work some pork rinds or a couple boiled eggs. Lunch is been the same thing for a while 2 cups of mixed berries and 8 ounces of smoked salmon and some pork rinds if i’m still hungry. after lunch snack cottage cheese or protein bar. right when i get home from work i eat whatever leftover meat ther is usally chicken about 4-6 ounces cooked then i eat either one banana or three dates take my second pack of animal pak vitamins and the other half of my cycle defend. Drink my stimulant free pre workout take a nitric oxide booster and my 3/3mg vardifil/tadalafil go to gym 15-30 minutes of cardio leg day twice a week 15 minutes light cardio heart beat around 120 the other 3 day 30 ish minutes 15 minutes heartbeat around 120 15 minutes heart beat between 140-160 do my workouts last set i always do a burn out.come home eat a lot of protein anywhere between 1/2-3/4 of a pound of chicken usally or cod or a fillet lots of veggies a fist full size of carb usally rice .i eat until i am full. I know i need to get better at exact weight and measurements. i have stayed between 212 and 216 for over a month a lot of the time i wake up around 1 am and drink a 1 scoop casein protein powder drink with 2 percent milk. I am a construction worker i average 12-15000 steps a day. I take blood pressure reading regularly around 125/68 these numbers go up or down by 3-5 I drink at least a bottle of water per hour i work sometimes more I am 6’2.5” 214 pounds right now the pictures that say june 1 i was 215 pounds the other photos were taken 3 days ago also 215 pounds. I did a lot of research before doing this i know masteron is usually for cutting however one of the you tubers i watched said you could use it to do a body recomp it’s pretty mild and if i used it the way i am i shouldn’t get any e2 sides should i stop my cycle now or make that decision with the blood work how’s my diet and stuff any pointers or suggestions am i a dumb ass for doing it with this body i think i have made good progress another 4 weeks at the rate im going i should be pretty lean looking hoping to get to around 15-17 percent body fat in 4 weeks
