so i started off doing trt did it for Three months. I went from 255 pounds down to 215 in three months diet exercise and 180mg test c eod injections. got labs done 3 times my levels were all really good. i don’t have to do labs with my trt clinic for another 9 months. Started talking with a buddy at work watched a 100 youtube videos read every day for 3 months still reading watching learning. I talked my stupid self into doing a cycle. Probably way too early i know. Starting my cycle June 16 started at 200 test c 200 masteron. bumped both up to 380 each july 4 was going to run 12 weeks but thinking im getting my own labs done next week will make the decision on going full 12 weeks or cutting it down back to trt with lab results. My goal is to stay 215 and do a body recomp. so far so good staying same weight i had to up my food intake a lot. typical day of food would be 25 grams of whey protein 25 grams of caesin protein mixed with creatine, calcium, mct powder ,psyllium husk, collagen mixed with 1.5 cups 2 percent milk. 1 pack of animal pak ultimate foundation vitamins 6 of 12 of my cycle defend supplement for heart kidneys liver and prostate. that’s what Idrink for breakfast then i drink a 20 ounce bottle of water with liquid Iv. quick snack at work some pork rinds or a couple boiled eggs. Lunch is been the same thing for a while 2 cups of mixed berries and 8 ounces of smoked salmon and some pork rinds if i’m still hungry. after lunch snack cottage cheese or protein bar. right when i get home from work i eat whatever leftover meat ther is usally chicken about 4-6 ounces cooked then i eat either one banana or three dates take my second pack of animal pak vitamins and the other half of my cycle defend. Drink my stimulant free pre workout take a nitric oxide booster and my 3/3mg vardifil/tadalafil go to gym 15-30 minutes of cardio leg day twice a week 15 minutes light cardio heart beat around 120 the other 3 day 30 ish minutes 15 minutes heartbeat around 120 15 minutes heart beat between 140-160 do my workouts last set i always do a burn out.come home eat a lot of protein anywhere between 1/2-3/4 of a pound of chicken usally or cod or a fillet lots of veggies a fist full size of carb usally rice .i eat until i am full. I know i need to get better at exact weight and measurements. i have stayed between 212 and 216 for over a month a lot of the time i wake up around 1 am and drink a 1 scoop casein protein powder drink with 2 percent milk. I am a construction worker i average 12-15000 steps a day. I take blood pressure reading regularly around 125/68 these numbers go up or down by 3-5 I drink at least a bottle of water per hour i work sometimes more I am 6’2.5” 214 pounds right now the pictures that say june 1 i was 215 pounds the other photos were taken 3 days ago also 215 pounds. welcome to the EVO family @milbous1 :D many guys go from TRT to a cycle and you're not the first. Smart move and I like your size you have a real good muscle base.

I think youtube advice is trash to be real with you. You are in the right place for good advice.

First cycle we should do testosterone and equipoise with some anavar.

Though before the cycle, can you lay out your day to day for us? for at least 1-2 weeks. More detailed.
I saw you shared a general view but a detailed view would be very healful for us to guide you.

Please share more day to day information with us.

so 3 months before i started i was going to the gym 4 days a week a upper lower split doing cardio 3-4 days a week. I push myself to the limit I was on a very strict keto diet until i got down to 215 then i switched to carb cycling . i don’t eat many carbs now until before and after a workout. Is this a good blood test to get should i add anything

I did a lot of research before doing this i know masteron is usually for cutting however one of the you tubers i watched said you could use it to do a body recomp it’s pretty mild and if i used it the way i am i shouldn’t get any e2 sides should i stop my cycle now or make that decision with the blood work how’s my diet and stuff any pointers or suggestions am i a dumb ass for doing it with this body i think i have made good progress another 4 weeks at the rate im going i should be pretty lean looking hoping to get to around 15-17 percent body fat in 4 weeks

I went from 255 pounds down to 215 in three months diet exercise and 180mg test c eod injections. got labs done 3 times my levels were all really good. i don’t have to do labs with my trt clinic for another 9 months. Probably way too early i know. Starting my cycle June 16 started at 200 test c 200 masteron. bumped both up to 380 each july 4 was going to run 12 weeks but thinking im getting my own labs done next week will make the decision on going full 12 weeks or cutting it down back to trt with lab results. My goal is to stay 215 and do a body recomp. so far so good staying same weight i had to up my food intake a lot. typical day of food would be 25 grams of whey protein 25 grams of caesin protein mixed with creatine, calcium, mct powder ,psyllium husk, collagen mixed with 1.5 cups 2 percent milk. 1 pack of animal pak ultimate foundation vitamins 6 of 12 of my cycle defend supplement for heart kidneys liver and prostate. that’s what Idrink for breakfast then i drink a 20 ounce bottle of water with liquid Iv. quick snack at work some pork rinds or a couple boiled eggs. Lunch is been the same thing for a while 2 cups of mixed berries and 8 ounces of smoked salmon and some pork rinds if i’m still hungry. after lunch snack cottage cheese or protein bar. right when i get home from work i eat whatever leftover meat ther is usally chicken about 4-6 ounces cooked then i eat either one banana or three dates take my second pack of animal pak vitamins and the other half of my cycle defend. Drink my stimulant free pre workout take a nitric oxide booster and my 3/3mg vardifil/tadalafil go to gym 15-30 minutes of cardio leg day twice a week 15 minutes light cardio heart beat around 120 the other 3 day 30 ish minutes 15 minutes heartbeat around 120 15 minutes heart beat between 140-160 do my workouts last set i always do a burn out.come home eat a lot of protein anywhere between 1/2-3/4 of a pound of chicken usally or cod or a fillet lots of veggies a fist full size of carb usally rice .i eat until i am full. I know i need to get better at exact weight and measurements. i have stayed between 212 and 216 for over a month a lot of the time i wake up around 1 am and drink a 1 scoop casein protein powder drink with 2 percent milk. I am a construction worker i average 12-15000 steps a day. I take blood pressure reading regularly around 125/68 these numbers go up or down by 3-5 I drink at least a bottle of water per hour i work sometimes more I am 6’2.5” 214 pounds right now the pictures that say june 1 i was 215 pounds the other photos were taken 3 days ago also 215 pounds. that’s my thoughts i figured i could stay at 210-215 and get somewhere around 15. percent body fat and hopefully take a break of gear go trt and do it all over again I’m not trying to be a monster much respect to them big ass dudes just would like to be 225 at some point and 10 percent body fat at least for a couple summers and then stay good and fit i would like to be able to at least bench press 250 4-5 times in a row one day i quit doing hard drugs 4 years ago and i need to find something some what healthy to pass the time this is me march 6th. I got custody of my 10 year old daughter about 2 months ago and she’s my gym buddy. It’s good sometimes i wish i had a died to go with that could help me push myself a little harder but i wouldn’t trade the time with her for anything

I got custody of my 10 year old daughter about 2 months ago and she’s my gym buddy. It’s good. sometimes i wish i had a dued to go with that could help me push myself a little harder but i wouldn’t trade the time with her for anything

i got a quick tip for you: i wouldn't wake up at night to drink a casein shake. no need for that and counter productive. if you need something to drink then drink a few sips of water @milbous1

thanks i wake up with a hunger at night like no other sometimes. especially on leg nights im so worried about feeding my body protein that i probably do a little too much it’s every thing that i can do to maintain my weight now. When i eat a lot of carbs IM hungry again in less than a hour and feel bloated i’ve always been this way i eat a lot of meat veggies some fats and lower carbs. i thought the casein would digest slow enough to build muscle through out the night was my thought process and it topped me off maybe i’ll cut that out and see if i can get to 210 i just want that last little bit of loose belly fat off

the fish is my lunch they had smoke salmon in 4 ounce containers at cosco on sale for 8$ a pound because it had three weeks left on it so i bought 150$ worth and put it in the freezer gets boring but it’s cold lunch and im in louisiana heat. I drink water because it felt like 108 today but i have always drank a lot of water. dinner is a lot of chicken swarma and stuffed grape leaves and steak and broccoli

she does cardio and assisted dips assisted pull ups she will go in this room by herself and do lunges body squats every now and again i will see her bench pressing like 15 pounds i dont want to force anything on her but i try to get her to do push ups with me she will do 15 -20 a couple times a week i could pay 30$ a month for the black card at planet fitness but this is the only gym that i could find a 10 year old can come too it’s 150$ a month but its better than sitting on her i pad

got home from work ate 6 ounces chicken 2 dates 1tbs honey and pre workout went to gym last night leg day 15 minutes cardio was kinda tired from the 10 hours in 108 heat index. Didn’t lift as heavy as usual so did sets of 12-15 then last set to failure. Baked cod with Mac n cheese corn. woke up this morning drank my protein shake vitamins and cycle defense. didn’t get mid morning snack to hot. lunch 2 cups berries and 8 ounces smoked salmon . also added in pictures of workout routine. tonight is a off day. Chiropractor tonight. Tonight’s dinner taco salad will post pics of all supplements and my collection of gear. got more coming in mail. got over a year’s supply maybe two. I do have primo in case i get puffy or spicy nips thought about adding 200 primo to what i’m doing but going to use it as a Ai if needed. last night daughter busted in room when i was trying to take pictures of gear collection. slammed two bottles of masteron in safe door broke them only have enough mast left for a week got two more bottles in the mail on their way. lol note to self lock door when playing with my oils

try and get wild fish always over frozen farm raised fish. far superior option
 
i agree and i do when i can the price was too good to pass up on the smoked salmon i bought it for 8$ a pound quick easy and fairly healthy. i eat a lot of speckled sea trout that i catch

well last night was a off night from the gym. Tuesday and saturday off days no nothing yesterday except 14987 steps at work. Got home took my cycle support ate 1 large banana 7 ounces cooked chicken, 3 ribs. after work snack. 3 hours later i ate taco salad for dinner 2.5 cups taco meat made with 93 percent lean beef large handful of lettuce 1/4 cup onion 1/4 cup green pepper 1/2 cup shredded cheese juice from 1 lime. 1 hour later small piece of cheesecake got on scale weighed 209 pounds. woke up this morning took animal pal vitamin 1/2 daily dose cycle support. Drank my protein drink 1 20ounce bottle of water plus 1 pack liquid

I went from 255 pounds down to 215 in three months diet exercise and 180mg test c eod injections. got labs done 3 times my levels were all really good. i don’t have to do labs with my trt clinic for another 9 months. Probably way too early i know. Starting my cycle June 16 started at 200 test c 200 masteron. bumped both up to 380 each july 4 was going to run 12 weeks but thinking im getting my own labs done next week will make the decision on going full 12 weeks or cutting it down back to trt with lab results. My goal is to stay 215 and do a body recomp. so far so good staying same weight i had to up my food intake a lot. typical day of food would be 25 grams of whey protein 25 grams of caesin protein mixed with creatine, calcium, mct powder ,psyllium husk, collagen mixed with 1.5 cups 2 percent milk. 1 pack of animal pak ultimate foundation vitamins 6 of 12 of my cycle defend supplement for heart kidneys liver and prostate. that’s what Idrink for breakfast then i drink a 20 ounce bottle of water with liquid Iv. quick snack at work some pork rinds or a couple boiled eggs. that’s my thoughts i figured i could stay at 210-215 and get somewhere around 15. percent body fat and hopefully take a break of gear go trt and do it all over again I’m not trying to be a monster much respect to them big ass dudes just would like to be 225 at some point and 10 percent body fat at least for a couple summers and then stay good and fit i would like to be able to at least bench press 250 4-5 times in a row one day i quit doing hard drugs 4 years ago and i need to find something some what healthy to pass the time this is me march 6th. I got custody of my 10 year old daughter about 2 months ago and she’s my gym buddy. i got a quick tip for you: i wouldn't wake up at night to drink a casein shake. no need for that and counter productive. if you need something to drink then drink a few sips of water @milbous1

Yesterday was back and biceps i can only do four or five pull ups in a row right now so i do real pull ups then i put up the cheat pad and finish my set of 10-12 always shoot for 12. when i hit 12 all three sets i change the weight. so my diet is the exact same all mornings. except when i am home with the day off i eat blueberries waffles and scrambled eggs with my daughter i use real maple syrup. Also paid janoshik for three samples to be tested 2 primo samples from different vendors and one test c from different vendors masteron has already been tested and my testosterone i’m currently using is my prescription testosterone . going to show pics of all my supplements and stuff got a lot more oils coming probably will end up giving a few to a couple buddies also going to start a paper log at the gym write down everything i do and take pictures of work out routine. will get better at tracking my food but yesterday i ate 3 pork rib bones and 6 ounces of chicken 2 stuffed grape leaves for breakfast banana and protein drink for snack lunch taco salad 1.5 cups lean ground beef 1/2 cup cheese hand full of lettuce lots of onions. snack a whole 3 ounces bag of pork rinds. dinner 1.5 cups cooked green beans in bacon with 5 grilled chicken tenders and a cornbread muffin. Today for breakfast my typical protein drink in the am getting ready for a mid morning snack got today and tomorrow off of work then it’s 12.5 hours a day for 6 weeks probably going to only do cardio twice a week during that time i will let my body decide if it can handle more. today was my off day but i did 20 minutes of cardio keeping my heart beat around 125 and 20 minutes keeping it 145 or above going through online looking up foods and there calories and stuff so i can kee a better log writing all this stuff down bought some rice lol going to make some stuffed cabbage leaves some time soon. saturday and tuesday i don’t work out tuesday i usually don’t even do cardio i get a lot of steps in at work. i asked a question that hasn’t been answered yet when i count carbs for my food do i count fiber as well or just the carbs that aren’t fiber like sugar. when i did keto i only counted net carbs do i only count net carbs here as well or every thing
 
today was my off day but i did 20 minutes of cardio keeping my heart beat around 125 and 20 minutes keeping it 145 or above going through online looking up foods and there calories and stuff so i can kee a better log writing all this stuff down bought some rice lol going to make some stuffed cabbage leaves some time soon. saturday and tuesday i don’t work out tuesday i usually don’t even do cardio i get a lot of steps in at work. i asked a question that hasn’t been answered yet when i count carbs for my food do i count fiber as well or just the carbs that aren’t fiber like sugar. when i did keto i only counted net carbs do i only count net carbs here as well or every thing

meal prepping today for snacks bunch of chicken tenders 18 hard boiled eggs got 3-4 days worth of fruit even bought sweet potatoes and rice

went to gym leg day 10 minutes light cardio before workout 10 minutes after logged food pictures 17985 steps at work today will post pictures of workout journal next when wife gets home from store i drink a lot of water but my shirt is drenched in sweat all day so i dont drink to much my urine still has color even with the water i drink i only pee 5-6 times throughout the day people my age are damn near falling out at work glad i started taking care of myself will post today’s leg routine shortly all muscles are worked twice a week

I bet they’re not that bad. High ldl, low hdl, high hematocrit and hemoglobin. Maybe bad egfr but if you have had high blood pressure for a very long time you wouldn’t be visiting lot lizards anymore.

tuesday is one of my off days 25 minutes of light cardio on bowflex max trainer heart beat around 115. 17455 steps at work today ate way more protein and fat than carbs need to cut some fat out diet and add carbs. most of blood work is done waiting on estrogen to come back will post complete labs when i have them. hopefully in bed by 10 tonight. legs sore from last night need sleep and food.

usally just work 10 hours a day 6 days a week but we are a little behind because of the weather so they are trying to push a little more out of us. I couldn’t imagine getting up in the middle of the night to go do a plumbing job. Do you own your own business.
