I am hoping you call can help me and give advice in case I am way in left field. I have been researching for about four weeks and I have written down a bunch of cycles that I thought I would try, but I have narrowed it down to this. Hoping for feedback.
I am 44 years old, 205lbs, about 20% body fat using military calculation, and I have been lifting off and on since I was 15. I took about two years off of lifting/dieting and just recently got back into it (8 weeks in). I have competed in Jiu-Jitsu and submission wrestling back in the day and I've always been an athlete that has pushed myself. I am trying to gain muscle, get leaner, and have more energy and motivation. This is the first time in my life that gains haven't come my way as fast as I have wanted them to. Kind of annoying getting older. My plan was to diet and exercise until I get to about 18% body fat or lower before trying a cycle. Sorry for sharing so much. I just want to make sure you know who I am and what my goals are.
I was going to run:
Test E and Mast E:
WK1-WK12: 250mg Test E and 200mg Mast E
WK13 to start the sticky Perfect PCT found here:

Will the low dosage be a waste of time?
Any suggestions or input?
Should I wait until I get an even lower body fat % or will 18% be okay to start?
I really want to test this out, see how I perform, see how I feel, and see what the results are.
