Up on everything strength wise! Fook yes!!
Very flat and stringy in the upper body though. So another high day of food today. Another 1200g carbs going in.
Single leg lying leg curl
3 x 18, 15, 12 plus 2 forced negatives
Leg press feet close together and low on platform
Go up a plate a side a time until I fail 8 reps
Leg press sissy squat style (toes on bottom of platform heels off and up)
1 rest pause set pump style
Smith squats - 3 second negative no pausing at top, constant tension

Stretching, mobility, no cardio after the quad day I can't even stand up
Posing, but it was terrible as I could not contract any muscle in my upper body. No pressure or force in the muscle at all
