First mini cycle question

Well gents, I’m ready to do my first “mini cycle”. I’m 42 years old, have a very active job and hit the gym 5-6x/week. Some may not like the style but my thing is CrossFit. About 8 months ago I started TRT. My doctor started me on a typical dose 100mg/week and .25mg of anastrozole the day after every injection. My free test went from 338pmol/l to 1000pmol/l and test went from 15.3 nmol/l to 33.5 nmol/l in 4 months, which I am told is very typical. They have levelled out at around the 680 and 26.4 level while maintaining the same dose as I started on. After reviewing my latest bloods, I explained to the doc, I just don’t feel as good as I did when they were higher. The doc increased it a little but not much, so I also increased it a little more as well. I’m still only taking 150mg/week along with some peptides and other supplements. I started tracking everything I eat and I consider my diet pretty dialled in. I’ve gone from 201lbs to 181lbs in just under 2 months, all while eating just under 3500 calories/day. For the first time in years I’m starting to see my abs and veins in places that I’ve never seen before, for me these are small but big accomplishments. This leads me to here. Even after all of the reading I’ve done, I’m admittedly very confused still. This is where the experience comes into play. With the progress I’ve made lately I feel like I need more and definitely want more. Im not looking to compete on stage, I don’t want to be that guy that’s bigger or stronger than everyone else, I just want to be better than the current version of myself. My goal is lean muscle mass/vascular appearance (would sacrifice for some size ), along with increased strength. I’m definitely not opposed to taking multiple things along with my test. As crazy as it sounds, I am a bit concerned though with how the blood work would look. I get it reviewed every 3 months until it’s levelled out then the doc will review it every 6 months after that. I’ve seen recommendations about pairing TRT with deca/primo/npp/masteron but it seems like everyone’s opinion differs. I want to stay on the leaner side of things but would like to add some strength as well. Heck I’m not even sure if it’s possible at such a low dose of test but that’s why I’m here, to see what people with experience recommend. All of my blood work is available if that’s needed and my stack right now includes, Test 150mg, Bpc 157, Tb 500, Reta, CJC 1295 with Ipamorelin, mots c, ss31, kpv and about a dozen vitamin/ mineral supplements. Pinning 8x-10x per day is getting old as well. I feel like the peptides are working some but Im ready to take the next step. I’ve been slowly eliminating certain peptides as the vial runs out. I’ve included some of my bloods below. Anyways thanks in advance for any advice or comments.

Hematocrit =.496 L/L
HDL = 2.01 mmol/l
LDL= 1.59 mmol/l
Prolactin = 11.4 ug/L
Ferritin=99ug/l
Thyroid simulating hormone=0.83 miu/L
Hemoglobin=5.7%
Estradiol = 104 pmol/L
Testosterone = 26.4 nmol/l
Free test 683 pmol/l
Lh was 2.2 in/l before TRT
Fsh was 3.2 out/l before TRT
C Reactive protein 0.5 mg/l
 
I’ve had some local guys recommend NPP and two insist on mast. All of them are more body building focused. I’m trying to learn as much as I can before trying anything. My understanding is NPP gets out of your state quicker with less sides than deca, Mast even lesser sides.

I would suggest buying the book Anabolics 11th edition by William Llewellyn and reading up on how these compounds work. Not trying to shame you at all brother but these questions are elementary and relate to the ester of the compound. That book is AMAZING to help you understand all these questions you are asking.
 
Is there a reason for the risk vs reward with CrossFit?
Crossfit is not going to build much real mass on you IMO. Its more endurance work. Also, the WODs are highly prone to injuries for most ppl and using anabolics while doing crossfit is just adding higher risk of health complications to high risk workouts and just pointless. If you adopt a traditional bodybuilding plan and read up on compounds and basic cycle 101 you would be much better off Id think.

Your understanding aligns with my experience, yes

I understand what you’re saying and I take no offence to it. Although I do have tons to learn, I understand a little about short ester vs long ester. I was also looking for info on results from people who may have tried similar mini cycles from anyone who worked out in a similar fashion. I meet 1 person who does crossfit for every 20 who lift at a traditional gym. I don’t want to sound like someone who doesn’t appreciate people taking the time to reply and help out but I’m pretty set on paring something with my trt. The gym I go to always runs the workout in certain way. We usually start with a strength piece, than do a wod and sometimes end with an accessory that all target a specific group of muscles. If I go 6 days a week, I’m leaving at least 4 of those days with solid pump.

i think the 2 steroids i would recommend for you are tbol and EQ. they are both mild and good for both without hurting you

also a low dose test and some hgh is good too. and then peptides can be amazing. and things like SLU and GW are also great options

Test I would bump to 300mg, both are bio identical hormones. No need to introduce something else just more variables for you to keep in check. If estrogen sides arise personally I would dose .5mg anastrozole a week. Also not a fan of anything "mini" in cycle worlds. If your going to get on make sure your on long enough to get the gains from it which IMO with a small dose is 16-20 weeks. Good luck!

Eq was on my radar but being my first time, I didn’t want to introduce to many things at once.

I do appreciate the time for your detailed replies. When I said “mini” I wasn’t referring to the time line as much as I was the dosage. Wasn’t to sure if anyone considered my 150mg/week a cycle or not. Right around the time I started taking peptides, I thought about taking GH but read a lot of stuff about people claiming UGL GH being not as good as pharmaceutical GH. I’ve been finding lately through more post and other people, that isn’t the case.

I have been using UGL GH for years it’s incredible. 99% purity tested HPLC confirmed. Better than some Pharma. No difference IMO unless you’re getting up into high IUs. 150mg weekly isn't a cycle at all unless youre an insane hyper responder IMO.
