Hey I am 27 years old and I have been training for 6 years. looking to run my first steroid cycle to lose some fat and gain lean muscle mass. I am 18% body fat and 5'10" and 220 pounds. I have a plan of doing 500mg week for 12 weeks with nolva for my pct at 100mg a day. Is this plan good or should i try something else?
